PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately suppress vibration of a heat transfer tube in a vibration suppressing device for a heat transfer tube and a steam generator.SOLUTION: A vibration suppressing device for a heat transfer tube includes a wire 101 having flexibility and arranged inside the heat transfer tube 66; and a plurality of sleeves 102, 103 which are mounted in an outer peripheral part of the wire 101 at a predetermined first gap S1 and arranged on an inner peripheral surface of the heat transfer tube 66 at predetermined second gaps S2a, S2b.
