摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate partial spread construction by providing a sliding part, which is formed in a shape corresponding to the peripheral surface of a through line tunnel, in an outer shell, guide part, which is engaged with a guide engaging part to guide the outer shell, and a propelling jack. CONSTITUTION:Guide segment pieces 7, 7 and a movable segment piece 20 are built in a side of a subtunnel 25 in ARE. Next a shield excavator 5 is carried in a starting base 3, and the excavator 5 is set up in a manner wherein a guide bar 17b of a shield excavation guide device 17 is engaged with a guide groove 7a. Next, segment pieces 16 are built behind a ram 15a, a single piece 20 is removed by an existing-segment mounting-removing device 17, an outer shell 11 is propelled by a distance L1, a strut 9 is mounted by using an arm 19a and the segment pieces 16 are built in circular annular shape. In this way, the subtunnel 25 can be easily constructed.

After that, when the construction of parallel running part up to a point where two roads are branched is completed, the bedrock is excavated by the cutter arms 8 and 9 of the shield machine 1, and the segments are built up in the shape of a section of the skin plate 3 to construct one of two roads. Simultaneously, the bedrock is excavated by the cutter arms 17 and 18 of the shield machine 2, the segments are built up in the shape of a section of the skin plate 4, and the direction of the shield machine 2 is gradually changed to construct the other road.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipeline for underground installation being applied to a tunnel that is subjected to inner and outer water pressure used in service water, sewage and the like.
SOLUTION: The pipeline 1 for underground installation comprises a segment ring 2, a steel pipe 3 being arranged at the inside, and a filler 4 having blow behavior being filled into the gap between the segment ring 2 and the steel pipe 3. Since the steel pipe 3 is in still state and is not supported by the segment 2, external water pressure load is not transferred to the steel pipe 3 due to the load of the segment 2. Inner water pressure load is not transferred to the segment 2 due to the load of the steel pipe 3, thus preventing the buckling and deformation of the steel pipe 3.
