      SOLUTION: The inductor element is composed of an inductor comprising as least one wiring layer with its wire wound spirally and two pieces of axisymmetrically spiral wire with two pieces of wound wire intersected concentrically, and a shield comprising a conductive layer which is formed without any electrical loop paths and is inserted between the inductor and the silicon substrate at the outer area from the inner side of the spiral wire.

An approximately rectangular mask hole region 11 inside the upper and lower weld lines 10 becomes a shadow mask, and peripheral regions 12 outside the mask hole region 11 are cut off after welding. Circular hole parts 13 are provided in the peripheral regions 12, near the corner parts of the mask hole region 11. The mask plate 8 is welded to the frame in a state where the stretched tensile strength is applied in the direction parallel with short sides, to the mask plate 8.
