      SOLUTION: The image rejection mixer apparatus is configured by connecting a 90° phase shifter 101 between the transistors of upper stages 110 and 112 and between the transistors of lower stages 111 and 113 comprising double balance mixers. An RF signal is passed through the 90° phase shifter 101 after being amplified by transistors 110 and 112 of the lower stages to suppress the deterioration of the noise characteristics, and the 90° phase shifter 101 is not used for an LO input stage 104 to obtain the sufficient LO injection level.
