    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underframe structure of a railway vehicle which can reduce outersurface flexural stress occurring in an upper flange and a lower flange when a torque acts on the lower flange at a fastening position of a bracket for supporting a bolster anchor or a yaw damper.SOLUTION: An underframe structure 1A of a railway vehicle includes a bracket 2 connected with one end of a bolster anchor or a yaw damper whose other end connected to a carriage and a side beam part 3 having a lower flange 31 and an upper flange 33 and a side wall 32. The bracket 2 is fastened to the lower flange 31, with a fastening member 6, at a separated position in the vehicle longitudinal direction. Inside the fastening member 6, there are arranged the lower flange 31, the upper flange 33 and a pair of ribs 7 joined to the side wall 32, each at mutually separated positions in the vehicle longitudinal direction. Between the ribs 7, a division wall 8 is arranged so as to bridge between the ribs 7, and the partition wall 8 is joined to the lower flange 31 and the upper flange 33.

Among the floor receiving members 5, floor receiving members 5a arranged in a substantially central part in the vehicle widthwise direction are installed on the structural floor 4 so as to bear at least a part of a load of the underfloor equipment 10.
