A side window opening 13 contains an outside window opening 13a formed at the outside plate part 14Aa side, and an inside window opening 13b formed at the inner side plate part 14Ab side, and all are oblong holes of ellipse shape. The inside window opening 13b is formed by excising the inner side plate part 14Ab and the web part 14Ac and the opening area is larger than the outside window opening 13a. The side window opening 13 has a structure of single skin.

      SOLUTION: In a stainless steel semi-monocoque vehicle body structure in which side beams and transverse beams of an underframe are members of a U-shaped section (members of hat-shaped section), The position of the transverse beams of the underframe is agreed with the position of lower ends of a side column 12 of a side structure and an entrance column 13, and these members are connected to each other.       SOLUTION: The obstruction-elimination device co-using snow removal for the railroad vehicle is provided with an approximately V-shaped snow plough 4 supported by a front support member 5 downward extending from a vehicle body base frame 1a at a front part of a leading vehicle 1 and rear support members 6, 6 at both sides and arranged in a projection shape toward a front side. The snow plough 4 comprises a structure integrated by abutting distal ends of linear side plates 41 at both sides on each other in an acute angle shape. An acute angle part inner side of the snow plough 4 is supported by the front support member 5 through a support plate member 54 in a tie direction laid on the linear side plates 41 at both sides. The front support member 5 has shock-absorbing function and an inner side at an approximately intermediate position in a longitudinal direction of the respective linear side plates 41 at both sides is supported on a rear support member 6 through a shock-absorbing support material 8 arranged parallel to the linear side plates 41 respectively.
