    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form and a method for molding a self-hardening substance such as concrete, which can enhance molding accuracy by surely moving the self-hardening substance to a molding space, so as to mold the self-hardening substance such as the high-viscosity and high-fluidity concrete.
      SOLUTION: This form for molding the self-hardening substance such as the concrete comprises a fixed form 1 which has a depth space 7 enclosed with a side wall plate 5 so as to be capable of housing the self-hardening substance 6 such as the high-viscosity and high-fluidity concrete to be infilled, and a movable form 2, which keeps the lower end journaled to the fixed form 1, makes an entry into the depth space 7 of the fixed form 1 in the state of sandwiching the self-hardening substance 6 in between, and is moved to the side of the fixed form 1 so as to finally obtain the required molding space 9. The movable form 2 is moved to the side of the fixed form 1 by using the form for molding the self-hardening substance such as the concrete, so that the infilled self-hardening substance 6 such as the concrete can be molded in an expanded manner.

Further, the thus crystallized calcium carbonate is separated and recovered by calcium carbonate separation means 4.
