      SOLUTION: The hydraulic control device includes a controller 16 for controlling opening/closing of a reproduction throttle 23 and a regeneration throttle 24 so that a hydraulic fluid led out of a head side chamber of a boom cylinder 10 is reproduced into a rod side chamber of the boom cylinder 10 through a reproducing oil passage R6 and that a hydraulic fluid other than the hydraulic fluid used for reproduction out of the hydraulic fluid led out of the boom cylinder 10 is supplied to a hydraulic pump 17 through a regenerating oil passage R7 to operate the hydraulic pump 17 when a boom 7 is movable in a target direction while reducing the boom cylinder 10 by the action of gravity.
