    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic driving device for working machine, preventing an excessive decrease in pressure on a meter-in side and moving a load at a stable speed in a lowering direction, without using a counterbalance valve.SOLUTION: The hydraulic driving device for working machine includes: a hydraulic pump 2; a hydraulic actuator 4 which is driven in a direction of lowering a load; an operation device 6 which is operated in order to specify operation speed; a working hydraulic circuit including a meter-in flow passage for guiding hydraulic oil to the hydraulic actuator when driven in the direction of lowering the load and a meter-out flow passage for guiding the hydraulic oil discharged from the hydraulic actuator to a tank; a control valve 5 which changes the supply state of the hydraulic oil so as to actuate the hydraulic actuator at a speed specified by the operation device; meter-in flow adjusters 3, 9 and a meter-out flow adjuster 10 which adjust a meter-in flow rate and meter-out flow rate to flow rates corresponding to the speeds specified by the operation devices respectively; and a relief valve 16.
