    • PURPOSE:To improve heat exchanging efficiency and realize the miniaturization of the titled equipment by a method wherein an A1-fin incorporating type heat exchanger is provided with the introducing part and the discharging part of vaporized low pressure gas and a heater while these units are held in dry gas atmosphere. CONSTITUTION:An area in a main body 2, in which an A1-fin 3 is incorporated, is made an air-tight space and the main body 2 is provided with the introducing part 4 and the discharging part 5 of low temperature gas in parallel. A heater 6 is provided between fixed plates 13 so as to pinch a heat exchanger 1. The heat transmission coefficient of the low temperature gas, supplied into the heat exchanger 1 through an introducing port 4a, can be increased remarkably compared with a heating equipment having a conventional flat surface by the increase of contacting areas and turbulent flow generating effect due to the effect of the A1-fin. Further, a low temperature gas heating equipment can be held in dry gas atmosphere by accommodating it in a sealed vessel 15, therefore, the frosting of the heating equipment or the like may be prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a cryostat for superconductive magnet which can reduce the evaporation amount of a cryogen while the stresses generated in a neck tube for helium gas and a neck tube for nitrogen gas are reduced caused by vibration or impact in transit. CONSTITUTION:A liquid helium chamber 2, radiation shield plate 3, and liquid nitrogen chamber 4 are installed concentrically in a vacuum vessel 5 in the sequence as named while centering on a superconductive magnet 1 for use in nuclear magnetism resonance analysis, and thereby a cryostat for superconductive magnet is accomplished. Therein the upper supporting material 8A and lower supporting material 9A provided between the helium chamber 2, shield plate 3, chamber 4, and vacuum vessel 5 are formed with the section area of the upper material 8A set greater than the lower 9A so that the natural frequency (f) of the cryostat exceeds sq. rt. 2 times as large as the natural frequency f0 of a transport means when the cryostat is transported.

    • PURPOSE:To attain and maintain a required vacuum degree with a pump of a required min. capacity by providing a sliding sealing member lined with an elastic material in the outer peripheral part on the end face of a revolving sealing roller and providing a retaining fitting applied with a back pressure spring on a casing side. CONSTITUTION:The thick sliding sealing member 5 is first used and the retaining fitting 7 is advanced by the back pressure spring 8 and is brought into pressurized contact with the sealing member. The lining 4 of the elastic material is retreated while the lining is compressed and deformed to the position determined by the thickness of a thrust bearing 6, by which the contact state is maintained. The elastic material 4 is restored by as much as the worn component of the sliding sealing member 5 to maintain the contact state when the sliding member wears to reduce its thickness. The distance delta between the retaining fitting 7 and the roller end face 3 is invariable and is always kept at the min. specified value. As a result, the shut off of a vacuum space by the sealing roller device is maintained at the roller end face as well.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the maintenance of vacuum state by press-attaching a pressing roll onto a roll which is installed in an auxiliary vacuum chamber for carrying-in and -out a plate member into a vacuum chamber and onto which soft elastic sealing members are laid and pressing the peripheral surface of the pressing roll by a low frictional member. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of auxiliary vacuum chambers are formed in series on the carrying-in and -out sides of a vacuum chamber for applying vacuum evaporation onto a plate member, and a sealing roll device 9 consisting of a roll and a sealing member which are pressed each other is installed at the inlet/outlet of each vacuum chamber. A soft elastic sealing member 10 is laid onto the surface of the sealing rolls 9a and 9b which nipping-transport the plate member 1. Sealing rolls 9a and 9b are pressed onto the pressing rolls 16a and 16b. Further, a pressing member 14 consisting of a low frictional member accommodated into the projection parts 11a and 11b of a spring 11 presses the peripheral surfaces of the pressing rolls 16a and 16b by the pressure of a spring 15. Therefore, the airtight state is surely maintained for a long period, and the vacuum pump is miniaturized, and the service life of a sealing roll can be prolonged.
