    • PURPOSE:To execute the uniform mirror-like surface finishing even for a broad polished surface by detecting the elastic pressure of an elastic body for a polishing head by a load cell and feedback-controlling an elastic force adjusting means. CONSTITUTION:Since the pressing force of a polishing head 16 for carrying out the electrolytic buffing compounding polishing for a polished surface A is the sum of the elastic pressing force of an elastic body 31 due to the adjustment of a screwing member 30 and the weight sum of the polishing head 16 and a rotary shaft 11, adjustment can be easily carried out by the springy force of the elastic body 31. The elastic pressure of the elastic body 31 is detected by a load cell 28, and a calculation control circuit 32 outputs the control signal into an actuator 3 suspended onto a base 2 according to the detection signal, and raises and lowers a whole housing 1 and expands and contracts the elastic body 31 by varying the interval between the screwing member 30 and a receiving seat 27, and the automatic adjustment to a prescribed elastic pressure is permitted. Therefore, uniform mirror-like surface finishing can be carried out, even for a broad polished surface, and the mirror-like surface finishing with fine surface roughness for the polished surface is permitted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To scoop up a soft molding such as bread dough, whole of which is very soft and easily loses its own shape, without any loss of a shape so as to stably transfer it to another place. SOLUTION: In a soft molding transferring device, a transferring head 2 scooping bread dough A is mounted in an articulated type robot 1, and in the transferring head 2 formed into a cylinder surrounding the bread dough A, a head main body 3, in which an inside pressure is reduced when its upper opening is closed by means of an upper lid 7 possessing an exhaust hole 7a connected to an air suction device, is provided, while the rear end part is connected to a cylinder 6 arranged in the side upper part, of the head main body 3. The transferring head 2 is also provided with a thin elastic scooping plate 4, and the scooping plate 4 is guided by means of a guiding apparatus 5, which is provided with a curved guide groove 5a and is arranged in the side part of the head main body 3, and advanced/retracted in the horizontal direction along the lower face of the head main body 3 while curved from the vertical direction to the horizontal direction so as to close a lower opening of the head main body 3 at a slight interval.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a ground surface of a small surface roughness in a device for performing surface grinding while rotating an electrode plate and a grinding member by making arrangements that the pressure between the grinding member and a ground surface is kept always constant and that the pressure can be adjusted down to a small value. CONSTITUTION:With a grinding member 5 being made to contact a ground body 2, electrolyte is supplied from a rotary joint 7 via an inside of a hollow rotary shaft 4 to the contact parts of the grinding member 5 and the ground body 2. At the same time, rotary power is transmitted to the hollow rotary shaft 4 by means of a rotary drive mechanism 10 to perform a compound buff- electrochmical grinding by rotating an electrode plate 6 and the grinding member 5. Here, the pressure of contact between the grinding member 5 and the ground body 2 is effected by the resilience of a spring 11, with the resilience capable of being adjusted by the turn of an adjustment screw 12. Accordingly, even if there is waviness on the ground body 2, the spring 11 responds it by expansion and contraction to make it possible to obtain a unifrom ground surface.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately and efficiently subject the internal surface of a square pipe, etc., to electrolytic buffing, by fitting rotor-shaped electrode plates on which abrasive materials are stuck to the right and left sides of a housing travelling by means of guide rollers attached to the upper and lower sides or the right or left sides and by rotating the electrode plates from the outside. CONSTITUTION:A main body part 1 of an electrolysis-buffing combined polishing device for carrying out the internal polishing treatment of the square-shaped material to be polished is travelably supported with guide rollers 20a, 20b attached via guide pestles 21 and push springs 22 so as to be elastically in contact with the upper and lower internal planes of a square pipe A. Further, rotor-shaped electrode plates 9a, 9b on which abrasive materials 11a, 11b composed of nonwoven fabrics to which abrasive grains are allowed to adhere are attached to rotation axes 6a, 6b projecting to the right and left sides of a housing 2 of the main body part 1. With allowing the above main body part 1 to travel through the square pipe A, the above electrode plates 9a, 9b are rotated via a rotary transmission shaft 4, a driving shaft 3, bevel gears 5a, 5b, etc., and an electric power for electrolysis is supplied via a feeder brush 13 to the electrode plates 9a, 9b and further an electrolytic solution is supplied from a pipe 16 via annular channels 17a, 17b to carry out combined polishing.
