摘要： PURPOSE:To stabilize fluidity characteristics of high fluidity concrete which does not require compaction for a long time and to easily control the fluidity. CONSTITUTION:The high fluidity concrete is obtd. by compounding not only cement, water and normal aggregate, but fine powder having the same or smaller particle size than the cement particles, dispersant, and thickener under conditions of 140-200kg/m unit water amt. and 25-70wt.% of water/(cement+ powder). The obtd. concrete has 40-75cm slump flow rate. In this method, gum (Extracellular polysaccaride) is used as the thickener, and further, fluidity holding agent and slow-dissolving air inducing agent are added.

摘要： PURPOSE: To assure sufficient strength and workability even if a unit cement quantity relating to a temp. stress is decreased by decreasing the unit cement quantity and compounding a high-performance water-reducing agent or the high-performance water-reducing agent and welan gum. CONSTITUTION: The unit cement quantity is made smaller by >=10kg/m than the design compounding and the high-performance water-reducing agent, such as β-naphthalene sulfonnate, etc., is compounded at 0.01 to 0.1wt.% and the welan gum at 0 to 0.1wt.% of the unit water volume, by which the unit cement quantity is decreased to and the unit water volume for obtaining prescribed slump is decreased by 5 to 10kg/m at the time of producing dam concrete by mixing the necessary unit cement quantity under compounding design of the slump value of 0 to 6cm to obtain the dam concrete having the target strength. As a result, the water cement ratio does not increase and the compressive strength does not degrade even if the unit cement quantity is decreased by about 10 to 20kg/m . The degradation in viscosity is suppressed and the cost reduction is attained by addition of an admixture (high-performance water-reducing agent + welan gum).

SOLUTION: In a hydraulic cement blended with a thickener as a non- segregate mixing agent in water and the dispersant as a fluid mixing agent, the hydroxyethylcellulose modified to be hydrophobic (preperably a water soluble polymer in which hydroxyethylcellulose is substituted with >=0.2wt.% 10-24C alkyl group) is used as the thickener. In this way, this concrete is self-filled around an arrangement of reinforcement and till every corners of a form without a material separation even if the concrete is used for underwater execution and the high quality concrete structure is stably executed in the water because an increase of viscosity of a cement based kneaded matter is low when the hydroxyethylcellulose modified to be hydrophobic is blended in the cement based kneaded matter as compared to an unmodified hydroxyethylcellulose and the kneaded matter exhibits excellent underwater non-segregation property.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve material separation resistance of a curing material without reducing fluidity of slime by a method wherein a curing agent to which gellan gum is added is injected. CONSTITUTION:A rotary rod 3 is inserted in a bored hole 2 and a jet flow 4 is peripherally injected through the tip part of the rotary rod to cut a ground 1. Generated slime is discharged to a ground through a guide hole 2. Simultaneously, a water curable cement curing material is injected through the rotary rod 3 togetherwith or separately from a jet flow 4 to build a columnar consolidated body 7. In this case, gellan gum having 0.1-0.5kg per 1m of cement milk is added in a curing material and dispersant is blended. Further, gellam gum is preferably dried powder consisting of polysacchride originated in microorganisms produced by aerobic fermentation of ATTC31555 biomass of alkaligenus strain.

摘要： PURPOSE:To disperse and incorporate uniformly a thickener into a concrete by a method wherein a powdery thickener and a powdery dispersing agent are premixed and a required amt. of a unit pack wherein they are filled in a bag made of a water-soluble film is added in a concrete mix and they are kneaded. CONSTITUTION:A powdery thickener and a powdery dispersing agent are mixed and kneaded in advance and the mixed powder is packed by a unit amt. in a bag made of a water-soluble film such as polyvinyl alcohol. This unit pack is fed in a mixer wherein a concrete is being kneaded. It is possible thereby to disperse it uniformly without aggromelation. As the thickener, not only usual thickeners such as methyl cellulose and hydroxymethyl cellulose but also ueran gum can be used. As the dispersing agent, beta-naphthalene sulfonic acid-formalin condensates, lignin sulfonates, melamine sulfonates, carboxylates, etc., can be used.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a separation-preventing admixture excellent in separation resistance and fluidity and showing no temp. dependence by compounding specified microbial fermented polysaccharide. CONSTITUTION:Polysaccharide expressed by formula is obtd. by fermenting glucose from microbes of Alcaligenes ATTC31961 (at 25-33 deg.C fermentation temp.) and then recovered by precipitation with alcohol. The obtd. polysaccharide has the main chain consisting of two glucoses, one glycuronic acid, and one rhamnose, and the side chain consisting of two glucoses. The polysaccharide is refined for use by precipitation recovering method with alcohol and the amount to be added to exhibit the effect is 2-10000g per 1m of kneaded material for concrete series. For mortar or paste series, the polysaccharide is added by 0.002-0.3% of the compounded water content. Further, other water-soluble polymers (e.g. methylcellulose) for the prevention of separation of concrete may be used in combination with the polysaccharide.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively and effectively treat muddy water when subjecting muddy water generated in an aggregate plant to flocculation treatment by using a muddy water treating agent by using a cation denatured derivative of guar gum as the muddy water treating agent. SOLUTION: When subjecting muddy water generated in an aggregate plant to flocculation treatment by using a muddy water treating agent, a cation denatured derivative of guar gum is used as the muddy water treating agent. The cation denatured derivative is that which is formed by reacting guar gum (galactomannan) with 2,3-epoxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride as a reaction agent with the substitution degree of about 0.13. In practice, it is preferable that an inexpensive assistant, polyaluminum chloride, is used to perform primary flocculation and then the cation denatured derivative is used to perform final flocculation. In this way, muddy water generated from an aggregate plant in which raw stone is crushed, washed and classified is inexpensively and effectively treated.
