摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for mixing and recycling food- related and wood-related wastes which enable enhancement of self-sufficiency of energy. SOLUTION: Food-related waste F is made to be slurry S, thereafter, is decomposed into a biogas G and a fermentation liquid M by a bio reactor 5, wood-related waste W is crushed, thereafter, is mixed with the fermentation liquid M of the proportion suitable for aging, thus, the mixture is prepared, the mixture is aged under aeration, thus, compost material C is produced and the energy for the decomposition, mixing, aeration and aging is supplied by the biogas G. Preferably, the mixture is maintained so as to have a temperature suitable for the aging by virtue of the energy of the biogas G. Electricity and high temperature water are recovered from the biogas G by a fuel cell 10 and the mixture can be maintained so as to have the temperature suitable for the aging by one part of the high temperature water. More preferably, salt- containing water is separated from the fermentation liquid M, the salt concentration is reduced and, thereafter, the fermentation liquid M is mixed with the wood-related waste W which is crushed.

The edge tools 32 are arranged so that the edges 32a thereof are inclined toward the fixed blade 23 on a side view and inclined in the direction opposite to a rotary direction on a front view.

Further, buffing of No.300 or more is applied to the surface of the screw 4 to reduce coefficient of friction between the screw 4 and the powder 5.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to always maintain the excellent sharpness by cutting a purge resin material to small pieces without using a large driving force by repeatedly crossing the material to be externally discharged of a screw type kneader by a fine-wire. SOLUTION: A resin material of a molten state to be discharged from the end of the inner hole 2a of a cylinder 2 is fed from a lower end surface 6c into the inner hole 5 of a valve case 5 via the lower channel 6b of a piston 6, and discharged from the discharge surface 7b to the outer lower part via the exhaust port 7a of a cover 7. On the other hand, the extruded piston of one hydraulic cylinder 15b is returned, simultaneously the extruding operation of the piston to be returned of the other hydraulic cylinder 15b is repeated, and hence a fine-wire extended in a tensioned state is repeatedly reciprocated and crossed at the port 7a along the surface 7b. The resin material discharged via the port 7a is cut by the fine-wire repeatedly crossed, and dropped down as small pieces.

CONSTITUTION:A biaxial extruder 20 has a cylinder 10, to which mutually parallel two screw holes 10e are formed, and screws 12 rotatably fitted to the screw holes respectively. In the discharging path 32, an opening section 10c on the screw hole 10e sides of the path 32 is disposed to the lower sections or upper sections of the screw holes 10e while the direction of the path center line of the path 32 is changed gradually into approximately the horizontal direction from the vertical direction, thus forming a discharge opening 10d on the reverse side to the opening section 10c so as to be opened to the side face section of the cylinder 10. Both screws 12 are rotated in the mutually different directions in the direction that the raw material is discharged toward the opening section 10c from the screw holes 10e.
