    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to freely pull a screw shaft out of a cylinder and, at the same time, prevent a screw from coming into contact with the cylinder when a load develops by a method wherein a first bearing for rotatably supporting the front end side of the screw shaft and a second bearing for rotatably supporting its rear end are provided between a coupling and the cylinder. SOLUTION: The front end 2a of a screw shaft 2 is connected through a coupling 3 to a space reducing shaft 5. The front end 2a side of the screw shaft 2 is rotatably supported by a first bearing 10, which is provided between the coupling 3 and a cylinder 1 while the rear end 2b side of the screw shaft 2 is rotatably supported by a second bearing 6. The screw shaft 2 can easily be pulled out of the cylinder 1. For that, the first bearing 10 consists of a slide bearing, as the lubricating oil of which grease oil is supplied by an automatic continuous oil feeder. A hardness difference is provided at the surface of a portion, which comes into contact with the bearing 10, of the screw shaft, through a surface-hardening such as surface quench hardening or the like. As the bearing 10, an acetal resin-based bearing is employed.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid unfavorable influence to a molded product by preventing the generation of bending by repulsive force of pressure at the central part of a mold, by supporting the total length of the mold by receiving molding pressure acting on the mold at lateral oblique surfaces of the grooves of a fixed platen and a bottom plate by the mutual inlay of an upper plate and the bottom plate with the mold. CONSTITUTION:When pressurized oil is supplied to the other side of a hydraulic cylinder 32, fixing bolts 33 are fallen and cavity half-parts 24, 25 are fallen while successively performing mold closing according to the movement of the cam follower 29 which is received in a guide groove 30 and guided therealong. When the falling of said cavity half-parts 24, 25 is succeeded further, the cavity half- parts 24, 25 are contacted to be brought to a mold closed state and a falling peripheral oblique surface 40 is inlaid with the oblique surface 39 of the groove provided to the upper surface of a bottom plate 21 and, subsequently, an upper end peripheral oblique surface 38 is inlaid with the oblique surface 37 of the groove provided to the lower surface of an upper plate 26 and a pair of cavity half-parts 24, 25 are brought to a mechanically fixed state and sufficiently resist against molding pressure on and after to enable molding.

    • PURPOSE:To enhance the quality of a product by preventing the possibility of bending generated at the central part of a mold by the repulsive force of molding pressure, by strongly support molding pressure acting on the mold at the time of a molding process by the mutual inlay operation between an upper fixed platen and the mold, and the mold and a lower fixed platen extending over the total length of the mold. CONSTITUTION:First hydraulic cylinders 34 are attached to both ends of a lower fixed platen 31 and connection rods 35 are fixed to the operation rods thereof while the upper ends of the connection rods 35 are fixed to an upper fixed platen 30 by using bolts. A mold fixing and release apparatus is constituted of the upper fixed platen 30 and the groove 32 thereof, molds 24, 25 and upper and lower end outer peripheral surfaces thereof, a lower fixed platen 31 and the groove 33 thereof and the first hydraulic cylinders and the connection rods 35. In a mold opening and closing apparatus, a second hydraulic cylinder 26 is attached to a hydraulic cylinder mount plate 28 fixed to upper plates 26, 27 at one end part thereof and to a bottom plate 21 at the other end thereof. By integrating two hydraulic cylinders with the second hydraulic cylinder 35, two rods of each cylinder is constituted so as to be operated in directions opposite to each other.
