    • PURPOSE:To measure abrasion resistance in an actual use state by rotating a test piece on its own axis and revolving other test piece in contact with said test piece in an eccentric state. CONSTITUTION:The end piece 30 on the side of revolution and that of a test piece 84 on the side of rotation are brought to a contact state and the pressure between both pieces due to the operation of a screw shaft 94 is detected by a pressure sensor 32. The piece 84 rotates on its own axis by the rotation of a motor 60 and this rotation is transmitted to a rotary shaft 40 to be further transmitted to a revolving stand 12, and a mount stand 20 and a test piece mount member 26 on the side of rotation revolve around the axis of the stand 12. Therefore, the test piece 30 also revolves around the axis of the stand 12 (the axis of a test piece mount member 82 on the side of rotation). The test piece 84 rotates on its own axis around the axis of the member 82 and the test piece 30 revolves around the axis of said member 82 and an abrasion test can be performed in a contact state wherein both pieces 30, 84 are always changed and, therefore, an abrasion resistance test can be performed in an actual use state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a uniform flowing velocity in all width direction area of a die head, followed by a wide melt viscosity by providing a pair of flow rate regulating bars rotatable across a resin channel, and changing the flow rate in an axial direction. SOLUTION: Resin material of melted state supplied from an extruder is heated by a heater 9, fluidized in a resin channel 2c while holding its fluidity, and extruded as strands from many nozzles of a die 3. The channel 2c is formed in a low channel section (narrow width) at a center with satisfactory fluidity and in a high channel section (wide width) near both ends with wrong fluidity and regulated in a desired height so that resin material becomes uniform velocity in all width direction area of the channel 2c. The material can be dealt with wide melt viscosity of the material. And, the material can be extruded as the strands at the same velocity from all the nozzles of the die 3 b rotating flow rate regulating bars 11, 12. Accordingly, disassembling and assembling operations of the flow rate regulator for regulation can be eliminated.
