摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the degree of kneading promptly and to prevent the generation of a unmelted short pass. SOLUTION: A valve 1 for adjusting the degree of kneading has a fixed valve 10 which is divided into two, inserted from the upper and lower opening parts of the valve member insertion hole 4 of a valve block 2, and integrated and a rotary valve 20. The fixed valve 10 has a pair of channel forming holes 11 with which the column part 42 of a screw is engaged loosely, and branched channels S are formed between it and the column part 42 by the first projection parts formed in the shape of an inner gear on the downstream side in the axial direction of the holes 11. The rotary valve 20 has an outer ring part 21 which is engaged freely rotatably on the upstream side in the axial direction of the holes 11 of the fixed valve 10, and the second projection parts 22 corresponding to the first projection parts 12 are installed in the shape of the inner gear on the inside surface of the outer ring part 21. The rotary valve 20 is rotated by a rotary valve driving mechanism 30 to change the opening of the branched channels S.

As the result, a gap (a flow path) between tapered parts 10a and 11a of the divided tapered ring 10 and 11 and the tapered face 7a of a collar-shaped part 7 is changed in a range between the min. gap t1 and the max. gap t2 .
