A detecting scan mirror 18 is provided on an optical path from the sample 28 to the aperture 16, and has a reflecting face with a movable orientation. Since the reflecting face of the scan mirror 18 is variable in an incident direction of the reflected light or the transmitted light, the measured region detected by the light detecting means 14 can be changed.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling type sample cell satisfying high sealability and a variable cell length.
      SOLUTION: In this sample cell 10, two sheets of aperture plates 12, 14 constituted of a material transmitting measuring light are arranged opposedly, and a sample is sealed between the aperture plates. The cell is provided with cylindrical storage parts 16, 18, 20 having opening parts 32a, 32b of a diameter smaller than that of the aperture plate in its both end faces, and having an inside diameter substantially the same as those of the aperture plates 12, 14, and two O-rings 22, 24 having an inside diameter substantially same to that of the storage part. The two sheets of aperture plates are stored in the respective opening parts of the storage parts to be opposed from their insides, the O-rings are arranged respectively between wall faces 34a, 34b having the opening parts of the storage parts and the aperture plates, and the O-rings are diameter-expanded with the wall faces of the faces having the opening parts and the aperture plates, by compressing cylinder axial lengths of the storage parts, so as to seal an inside.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a purging apparatus by which the air inside a spectrometric device is replaced easily by a gas by a method wherein a four-way stopcock is provided and, when a flow passage on one side sets a supply passage into continuity with an interferometer-side introduction passage, a flow passage on the other side sets an interferometer-side derivation passage into continuity with the introduction passage. SOLUTION: A four-way stopcock 40 in which a flow passage 42 and a flow passage 44 are formed is operated. Then, a purge gas from a supply means 20 is introduced into a purging case 12, for exclusive use, via a supply passage 22, the flow passage 42 and an interferometer-side introduction passage 24. When the purge gas is introduced into the purging case 12 for exclusive use, the air which contains carbon dioxide and moisture inside the ourging case 12 for exclusive use is replaced by a purge gas such as a dry gas or the like. In addition, the purging gas which is introduced into the ourging case 12 is reintroduced into a purging case 16, for combined use, via an interferometer-side derivation passage 26, the flow passage 44 and an introduction passage 30. As a result, the air inside a spectrometric device 10 can be replaced efficiently by the dry air, and the purge gas can be used effectively.
