    • PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the laying operation of an underground pipe by installing a cutting edge on the end of an auger rod fed and advanced from an arrival vertical shaft, rotating the cutting edge from a departure vertical shaft to break existing pipes, and advancingly feeding newly setting pipes to the rear of the cutting edge. CONSTITUTION:A departure vertical shaft 22 and an arrival vertical shaft 23 are dug on both sides of an existing pipe 2 and an auger rod 17 is rotated by means of a drill head 21 from the arrival vertical shaft 23 to be advanced up to the departure vertical shaft 22. At this time, the inside of the existing pipe 2 is swept by a spiral portion 17a. A cutting edge 18 is installed on the end of the auger rod 17, being rotatably installed on a drill head 20 via a cutting-edge rotating rod 19, and cutting edge 18 is advanced in the direction of the vertical shaft 23 while breaking the existing pipes by the rotation thereof. On the other hand, newly setting pipes 3 are fed via center holding members 24 from the rear of the cutting edge 18 while being fed and added from the departure vertical shaft 22. Thereby, working efficiency can be improved.

    • PURPOSE:To replace an already laid pipe to a newly constructed pipe from the ground surface by advancing a screw part having a cutting edge revolving rod into an already laid pipe and fitting a newly constructed pipe onto the periphery of the cutting edge revolving rod and breaking the already laid pipe by the cutting edge and advancing the newly constructed pipe at the same time. CONSTITUTION:The screw part 17a of an auger rod 17 is advanced into an already laid pipe 2 from a starting vertical hole 22, and when said screw part 17a reaches a prescribed position, a rod part 17b is connected. A cutting edge revolving rod 19 having a cutting edge 18 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the rod part 17b. A newly constructed pipe 3 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the cutting edge revolving rod 19 through a center holding tool 24, and the auger rod 17 and the cutting edge revolving rod 19 are revolved and advanced, and the already laid pipe 2 is broken by the cutting edge 18. At the same time, the newly constructed pipe 3 is advanced, and after the cutting edge 18 and the newly constructed pipe 3 reach a final vertical hole 23, the cutting edge 18, etc., are removed. Therefore, the gas pipes, etc., in the vicinity can be protected from being broken. Further, since the construction can be carried out through the dry method, the need of pumps, etc., is obviated, and the generation of muddy soil is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To improve workability in burying of pipes by a method wherein a pavement crushing and discharge device, an excavating device, a dehydration and improvement device, a pipe laying device, a filling-back device and a paving device are installed in line under an overpassing road bridge that is supported with wheeled trestles with its opposite ends placed touching the road surface. CONSTITUTION:An overpassing road bridge 1 supported with a plurality of wheeled trestles 3 is constructed, with opposite ends thereof placed touching the road surface, over a road 4 wherein pipes 13 are to be laid. While the overpassing road bridge 1 is opened to traffic, a series of pipe-laying works is executed in succession by operation of various device installed in line under the road bridge 1. The devices include: a pavement crushing and discharge device 5 that is composed of a crushing means 6 and a discharge means 7, an excavating device 8 that is composed of an excavating means 9 and a conveying means 10, a pipe-laying device 12 that is composed of a pipe storing means 14 and a pipe joining means 17 and filling-back device 18 that is composed of a soil supply means 19 and a compacting means 20. In addition to the above-mentioned devices, a paving device 21 and a dehydration and improvement device 11 are installed. Thereby costs for execution of work can be reduced.
