    • PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of grain moisture at the time of delivery, by determining the amplitude of a waveform width of a moisture signal voltage when the maximum value of the voltage is outside allowance limits, and by taking in said maximum value as the data for calculation of the moisture when the waveform width is larger than a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:Measuring electrode rolls 1 are rotated by the drive of a motor 8 of a moisture meter, grains are supplied one by one to the rolls 1, and a moisture signal voltage E corresponding to one grain is outputted from a resistance-voltage conversion circuit 2. This voltage E is subjected to A/D conversion 4, and the maximum value M is detected out of converted values thereof and stored 6. In a waveform width detection circuit 3, the rise and fall of the voltage E are detected respectively and a waveform proportional to the size of the grain is determined and stored 6. When the maximum value M is within allowance limits, each maximum value M is taken in as the data for calculation of moisture. When the maximum value M of the voltage E is outside the allowance limits, on the other side, it is taken-in as the data for calculation of the moisture when the detected waveform width of the voltage E that is stored 6 exceeds a value that is set 5, and a mean moisture value is calculated on the basis of these data.

    • PURPOSE:To make the extraction of a shutter easily as well as to facilitate cleaning inside an elevating case, by installing a shutter can which makes the shutter adhere to a bottom port and closes it at a insert process terminal part of the shutter opening or closing the elevating case bottom port. CONSTITUTION:A U-shaped shutter 4 opening or closing a bottom port is installed in the bottom of an elevating case 3 free of insertion. And, in an outer circumferential part of a bottom end of the elevating case 3, there is provided with a U-shaped shutter receiving plate 27 which receives the shutter 4. An upper edge of a projecting wall 25 of this shutter receiving plate 27 is formed into a shutter can part 5 made to come into a gradually up-grade state at a terminal part from an insert process starting end of the shutter 4. Therefore, when the shutter 4 is inserted thereinto, it is lifted up at an insert process terminal part and made to adhere to a bottom opening and closed. Then, it is joined to the receiving plate 27 by a lock bar 29. With this constitution, extraction of the shutter 4 becomes facilitated, thus cleaning for the inside of the elevating case at the time of selecting grain types comes easy.

    • PURPOSE:To detect stably the water value of grains by positioning a conveyance roll below a supply device when the water value of grains is detected by a detection roll and moving the conveyance roll from below the supply device when the water value detection is not performed. CONSTITUTION:When a grain water measuring instrument is used as a grain dryer, some of grains which are circulated in the dryer and dried are supplied from the dryer onto the conveyance roll 4 through the supply device and sent into a spiral groove 2 in the outer peripheral surface of the roll 4, one by one, by the spiral groove 2 and a guide plate 5; and they are conveyed and guided along the groove 2 and supplied onto the detection roll 6, which detect the water value of crushed grains repeatedly at specific time intervals while crushing the grains. Remaining grains which are not sent in the groove 2 fall from a spiral groove 3 and returned into the dryer, so that they are circulated and dried together with grains in the dryer. Further, when the water value of the grains is not detected, the roll 4 moves from below the supply device and grains supplied from the supply device are not send in the groove 2, but returned into the dryer through a grain water measuring instrument and dried together with grains in the dryer.
