摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulating grain drying machine which can suppress the loss of the heat quantity by discharging of heating air in discharging dust from a grain collecting chamber. SOLUTION: The circulating grain drying machine 1 has the grain collecting chamber 4, a lifting machine 5, a dust exhauster 8, etc., and is constituted to have a dust suction section which faces inclined guides 11 and 11 of the grain collecting chamber 4 and sucks the dust, sorting means by a cyclone 23 which sorts the dust from the sucked air received from this dust suction section and sends the dust to the lifting machine 5 side and a reflux path 24 which returns the sucked air of the sorting means to the grain collecting chamber 4. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable treatment at a high drying speed by forming a space surrounded by a funnel-like oblique guide plate from a storage tank to a drying chamber in a hot air passage, feeding hot air, and introducing a part of the air to the passage of a drying portion. SOLUTION: A ridge-shaped air passage surrounded by inside walls 9a of an oblique guide is formed as a first air passage 10, and a hot air passage 7 is formed as a second air passage, and vertically opposed. A horizontal partition plate 11 is interposed between the passages 10 and 7, and slits 12 suitably communicating with the passage 7 at each interval are provided at the plate 11. One end side of the passage 10 communicates with a vaporizing type burner to suitably receive a suction wind and to supply hot air generated by a burning flame, thereby drying as desired. An exhausting frame having an exhaust fan is connected to an end of the passage 1 as the second passage. Cereals are fed to a cereal collector of next stage while gradually rotating in a predetermined direction by a feeding valve arranged at a combining lower portion of a falling passage formed with a ventilating network wall 6a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong the service life of a motor for rotary driving a dust exhauster while eliminating waste of power by stopping operation of the dust exhauster when the water content of grain detected upon elapsing a predetermined time after starting drying operation exceeds a preset level. SOLUTION: A dust exhauster 4 for sucking and exhausting straw chips mixed into grains or dust generated in the machine body 6 of a grain dryer having a chamber 10 for drying grains with hot air generated from a burner is disposed above the machine body 6. A sensor for detecting the water content of grain during the drying process is provided and a detection value is inputted to a controller along with a preset finish target water content. If the water content detected upon elapsing a predetermined time after starting the drying operation exceeds a predetermined water content of grain, operation of the dust exhauster 4 is stopped and the operation is resumed when a detected water content reaches a specified level higher than the finish target water content.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dry grain in a short time and to prevent clogging of the grain in a grain lift by integrating an operating time of a dryer body by an integrating unit and altering to control a circulating amount of the grain to be fed by a feeding valve based on the integrated time and circulated by a controller. SOLUTION: A grain drying chamber 8 is installed between air distribution chambers 9 at both right and left sides of a lower side of a grain storage chamber 7 and a central supply air chamber 10 and a grain feeding valve 11 is supported to its lower portion. A grain lift 25 is arranged at an outside of a front side wall 4a of a dryer body 4. A belt 26 with a bucket conveyor is continuously provided in the lift 25 and a throw-out cylinder 27 is continuously provided at its upper end. Here for example, rotations of a lower shaft 25a of the lift 25 is detected by an integrating unit and an operating time of the grain dryer 1 is integrated. Rotating and stopping times of the valve 11 are controlled via a valve motor based on the integrated time. Thus, a circulating an amount of the grain is suitably altered and controlled.

SOLUTION: A link mechanism 35 is placed between a control motor 26 to open and close a discharge shutter 22 and a locking member 31 to receive a bottom plate 28, and opening and closing of the discharge shutter 22 is interlocked with that of the bottom plate 28. The rotation moment of an L-type link 36 due to the weights of the long side part 36a and the coupling member 38 is exerted in the direction of the closing side of the bottom plate 28. When the bottom plate 28 is supported by a horizontal part and a device is brought into a closed posture, a vertical frame part is held approximately in a vertical posture. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a grain reservoir chamber from deforming to reduce man-hours for assembly by inserting an insertion groove of a beam into a receive wall of a reinforcement receive plate to reinforce each mechanical wall by the beam. SOLUTION: A beam 9 for reinforcing each mechanical wall 4 in each stage forming a grain reservoir chamber 7 is equipped with two pipe-like insertion grooves 10 of a predetermined width which are orthogonal to each other in the vicinity of both ends which are provided oppositely at a predetermined distance. A plurality of reinforcement receive plates 11 receiving insertion of the insertion groove 10 of the beam 9 are attached on an inner side face of each mechanical wall 4 with predetermined distances. The reinforcement receive plate 11 is equipped with a receive wall 12 protruding inward for receiving the insertion groove 10 of the beam 9, wherein the receive wall 12 is equipped with openings 13, 14 on an upper face and on a part of a front face, and the beam 9 is inserted from the openings 13, 14 to have the insertion groove 10 fitted into the receive wall 12. Thus the beam 9 is mounted in this state, thereby reinforcing each mechanical wall 4 and preventing the reservoir chamber 7 from deforming.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent high moisture content grains from clustering in a feed valve by controlling stoppage and forward/reverse rotation of the feed valve based on the discharging position of a scooping port 11 detected by a position sensor thereby preventing overdrying of the grains. SOLUTION: Grains in a drying chamber 8 on one side are scooped at an upper position by a scooping port 11 by driving a feed valve 12 forward. Position for discharging grains at the lower part is detected by a position sensor 14 and grains are discharged by stopping the scooping port 11 at a lower discharging position. Subsequently, grains in the drying chamber 8 on the other side are scooped at an upper position by the scooping port 11 by driving the feed valve 12 reversely. Position for discharging grains at the lower part is detected by the position sensor 14 and grains are discharged by stopping the scooping port 11 at a lower discharging position. The operation is repeated and grains in the left and right drying chambers 8 are circulated repeatedly and exposed to hot drying air in the way of flow down and dried up.

Therefore, by this outside air temperature 56 detecting the outside air temperature being over the hot blast temperature detected by a hot blast sensor 55, a controller judges the burner 3 to be in abnormally heated condition, judges that trouble has occurred in this burner 3, indicates that the burner 3 is abnormal on an indication means 43, also automatically stops this burner instantaneously, and automatically stops the drier 1 after a specified time.
