CONSTITUTION: This thresher is obtained by forming an air draft passage 36 for supplying air toward the upper part of a tailing receiving trough 22 between the first crop receiving trough 20 and the tailing receiving trough 22, installing an air flow rate regulating plate 37 capable of regulating the air flow rate through the air draft passage 36 therein and a wind direction changing plate 38 capable of changing the air supply direction of the air draft passage 36 and connecting the air flow rate regulating plate 27 and the wind direction changing plate 38 in connection with a load sensor capable of sensing the load on the thresher so as to reduce the air flow rate and turn the wind direction upward when the load on the thresher is low and increase the air flow rate and turn the wind direction to a discharge outlet 26 on the outside of the machine when the load is high.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the accuracy of grain moisture at the time of delivery, by determining the amplitude of a waveform width of a moisture signal voltage when the maximum value of the voltage is outside allowance limits, and by taking in said maximum value as the data for calculation of the moisture when the waveform width is larger than a prescribed value. CONSTITUTION:Measuring electrode rolls 1 are rotated by the drive of a motor 8 of a moisture meter, grains are supplied one by one to the rolls 1, and a moisture signal voltage E corresponding to one grain is outputted from a resistance-voltage conversion circuit 2. This voltage E is subjected to A/D conversion 4, and the maximum value M is detected out of converted values thereof and stored 6. In a waveform width detection circuit 3, the rise and fall of the voltage E are detected respectively and a waveform proportional to the size of the grain is determined and stored 6. When the maximum value M is within allowance limits, each maximum value M is taken in as the data for calculation of moisture. When the maximum value M of the voltage E is outside the allowance limits, on the other side, it is taken-in as the data for calculation of the moisture when the detected waveform width of the voltage E that is stored 6 exceeds a value that is set 5, and a mean moisture value is calculated on the basis of these data.

    • PURPOSE: To automatically forward rotate a motor without reverse rotation even in the case of erroneous wiring by providing a changeover switch for switching connections of terminal of the motor to phases of a power source, an erroneous wiring detector for outputting an erroneous wiring detection signal at the time of the erroneous wiring, and a changeover switch driving means for switching the connection at the time of outputting the signal. CONSTITUTION: Terminals of a motor 1 are connected and wired to respective phases of a three-phase power source prior to an operation of the dryer. When the power source is turned ON, an erroneous wiring detector 4 starts detecting of erroneous wiring of the motor IM to the power source. And, at the time of erroneous wiring, a light emitting diode LED becomes a lighting state. When a switch 6A for starting the motor is closed, a relay M for starting the motor, and an electromagnetic contactor MC is energized to close a contact MC1. A photodiode Q1 receiving a light of the diode LED during lighting is turned ON, and further a transistor Q2 is turned ON. Accordingly, an erroneous wiring switching electromagnetic relay P is energized, and its contact P1 is switched to its opposite side. Accordingly, even in the case of the erroneous wiring, the motor IM is forward rotated to prevent it from being reversely rotated.

    • PURPOSE:To make the accuracy of a calculated mean water value and to improve the accuracy of drying control by providing a moisture meter, a deciding means by upper-limit value, a mean moisture calculating means by upper limit value, a moisture value display means, and a selected moisture value output means. CONSTITUTION:The moisture meter measures the moisture of grains, one by one. The deciding means A by upper-limit value decides whether or not the dame measurement data obtained by the moisture meter 20 exceeds each of (n) upper-limit values. When it is decided that the measurement data is smaller than the respective upper-limit values, the mean moisture calculating means B fetches the measurement data by upper-limit value and collects respective mean water values by the (n) upper-limit values from the inputted measurement data. The moisture value display means C displays the respective means moisture values obtained by the means B. Then the selected moisture value output means D selects one of the (n) upper-limit values and controls the means B so as to output the mean moisture value corresponding to the selected upper- limit value.
