    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soundproof structure of a rail capable of fixing a soundproof member on a supporting body for supporting the rail firmly.
      SOLUTION: A fixing member 7 is a member for fixing the soundproof member 4 on the supporting body 1 detachably and is provided with a tightening bolt 7b, a tightening nut 7c, a washer 7d, and an insulation member 7e.       SOLUTION: In the axle load compensating mechanism for the railway power vehicle, comprises the heavy article 3 disposed on the floor portion 2 of the railway power vehicle 1, a driving motor 4 capable of the moving the heavy article 3 to the front or rear side of the railway power vehicle 1, and a detecting means for detecting an inclining state in the traveling direction of the railway power vehicle 1. On the basis of detection information from the detecting means, the driving motor 4 is driven to move the heavy article 3 to the front side of the railway power vehicle 1 when the railway power vehicle 1 is at an upward incline, and move the heavy article 3 to the rear side of the railway power vehicle 1 when the railway power vehicle 1 is at a downward incline.
