摘要： PURPOSE:To provide an automatic measuring and recording device for converting a received frequency into a temperature, by receiving the temperature of a rotor as an oscillating frequency without contacting it. CONSTITUTION:A temperature measuring piece 25 and a position signaling piece 31 are embedded into predetermined places on the same circumferential periphery of the outer peripheral surface of a rotor 18 with a space while a signal detecting piece 35 is provided on a stator 19. When a transmitting coil 21 for measuring a temperature and a temperature detecting coil 33 are superposed at a time during the rotation of a motor, a power receiving coil 23 and a power supplying coil 34 are superposed and a transmitting power is supplied from a high frequency generator 37 to a power supplying coil 34 through a transmitting cable 36. Then, a transmitting circuit for measuring temperature is operated and an oscillating frequency, corresponding to the temperature at a measuring point, is received from the transmitting coil for measuring temperature by a receiving coil 33 for the detection of temperature while the received frequency is sent to a pre-processing device 39 through a transmitting cable 40. A processing device 42 converts data, sent from a pulse generator 41 and the pre- processing device 39, into the values of temperatures at predetermined positions and the converted data are recorded in a recording meter 43 continuously.

摘要： PURPOSE:To drive rolling stock without power transmitting equipment by transmitting driving force directly to a wheel. CONSTITUTION:The cylindrical rotor 11 of a driving motor is attached directly to both side surfaces or one side surface of a wheel 1, and a primary side (armature) 10 of the driving motor is attached to a fixed side wheel shaft 2 facing to the rotor 11. With this constitution, power transmitting equipment can be omitted. In the case where driving motors are mounted only on the outside of the wheels, there is no power transmitting equipment within the space between both the wheels. So, it is possible to lower the floor level of the rolling stock remarkably.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make temperature rises uniform by providing a guide plate for partly restricting the flow of cooling air at a cooling air inlet as an intermediate over substantially half a circumference on the outer or inner periphery of a stator coil of an inlet side for introducing cooling air into a machine. CONSTITUTION:Cooling air is introduced from a cooling air inlet 11 provided at one end side of a frame 1 of a rotary electric machine by a ventilation fan, not shown, provided at the other end side of a rotational shaft 7 to cool the sections in the machine, and to be discharged out of the machine. An annular guide plate 17 for partly restricting the flow of the cooling air is mounted at the end plate 1a of the frame 1 over substantially half a circumference near the outer periphery (or inner periphery) of a stator coil 4. The air is controlled as by an arrow in contact with the coil 4, and sucked to a fan to be divided into an air gap 15 between a stator core 2 and a rotor core 8, and an air hole 16 of the core 8. Thus, the parts A-D of the coil 4, the positions 15a-15d of the gap 15, and the parts of a short-circuiting ring 10 are uniformly cooled to prevent an unequilibrium in temperature rises.

Since the ventilation resistance is high at the section close to the blow hole 18 while low at the section remote from the blow hole 18, cooling air led through the bypath 17 to the downstream at the other end is distributed uniformly over the entire circumference thus cooling the stator coil section 4a, located in the downstream at the other end, uniformly over the entire circumference, resulting in elimination of unbalanced temperature rise in the circumferential direction.

And the cooling air is discharged from an exhaust part 15 on the other end side to the outside of the equipment. Further, since the cooling air, introduced from a bypass passage 16, passes through a narrow gap between the inside periphery plate 18a of a flow regulator body 18 and the coil end 12a, the flow speed increases.

CONSTITUTION:During operating a direct current motor, a constant current source 11 is connected between brushes of armature in series and different pilot current ia is sent from the current source 11 at two time points with a short interval. By using an equation Ra=(Va1-Va2)/(ia1-ia2), where Va1, Va2 and ia1, ia2 are voltage drops and pilot currents between the two time points, an exact coil resistance value Ra after eliminating the effect of counter electromotive force and voltage drop at the brushes can be measured. Using this coil resistance value Ra, exact coil temperature can be obtained.

That is, assuming the magnetic pole pitch, the magnetic pole length and the number of pairs of magnetic poles respectively to be r, l and n, the length of the yoke 1 in the linear motor advancement direction is to be (n-1)r+l. Through these procedures, the magnet for linear magnetic field in the specified number of pairs of magnetic poles can be manufactured in one body eliminating a fixing frame thereby enabling the vehicles to be light-weighted.
