摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeing-eye plate which is inexpensive, rich in cushioning property, and for which rubber waste can be effectively used. SOLUTION: An unvulcanized rubber sheet 2 is prepared, and the rubber sheet 2 is placed in a die 1 on which recesses 4 for seeing-eye protuberances are formed, and on the sheet, a material in which an adhesive is mixed is placed, and on the top, a raw material 6a which is cut into the size of the die is placed, and they are press-molded at a temperature of 100-170 deg.C, by a pressure of 50-200 kg, and this seeing-eye plate 8 is formed. The raw material 6a includes residual rubber waste after collecting a regenerated rubber from at least one kind of rubber waste selected from a group comprising waste tires, waste rubber belts and waste rubber sheets, a gum material in which at least one kind of fiber selected from a group comprising a nylon fiber, a polyester fiber, cotton and a rayon fiber, or mixtures of them.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a molding product of a polymer material, having specific characteristics and shapes, useful as a roadbed ballast of a railroad, having an effect of retarding vibration and noise caused by a vehicle or the traveling of the vehicle, and preventing the broken stone ballast from being damaged. SOLUTION: This molding product of a polymer material has 1.9-2.6 specific gravity, >=1 MPa tensile strength, 1-8 cm outer diameter, and ruggedness, protrusion or both thereof on the surface. The molding product is preferably mixed with a layered product of roadbed ballast broken stones. The molding product comprises a rubber composition, and the rubber composition preferably comprises the vulcanized rubber composition of a synthetic rubber such as an ethylene-propylene-based copolymer rubber, a butyl rubber, a styrene- butadiene-based copolymer rubber, a butadiene rubber, a chloroprene rubber, an acryl rubber and an isoprene rubber, or a natural rubber. The rubber composition preferably contains 200-800 pts.wt. barium sulfate based on 100 pts.wt. rubber component.

摘要： PURPOSE:To aim at making improvements in hardness of a hub and its mechanical strength as well as to prevent any damage to a tape from occurring by fitly clamping a tire part to the peripheral edge of a hub part with a through hole where a turning shaft is inserted into the central part. CONSTITUTION:A hub part 2 with a through hole 3, where a turning shaft is inserted into the center, is formed with fiberglass reinforced polycarbonate resin or the like by means of injection molding, but in order to prevent any damage to a tape by a glass fiber, a tire part 1 is fitted and fixed to a hub peripheral edge. As for this tire part 1, it is formed into a laminate with styrene- acrylonitrile (AS) resin or the like, having creep resistance, and more than 100 deg.C in glass transition temperature in consideration of marine transport, or formed as outserted at time of injection molding after laminating metal, glass, ceramics or thermosetting resin of phenolic resin, etc. Thus, the outer circumferential surface of a hub is covered with a thine layer of material large in hardness and mechanical strength, whereby any damage to the tape due to the glass fiber is preventable.
