The demand quantity estimating apparatus 2 is adapted to estimate the quantity of demand at the time (t) on the basis of the observation data zt, operation quantity deviation DELTAut, a demand estimated value yr and a target value zr and select from a table a base pattern of each demand terminal input from the outside to be output. According to the output base pattern Br and a current pattern Cr, a demand forecast apparatus 5 is adapted to make a forecast of demand of the day so as to control fluid transport in a pipeline network. Therefore, even the pressure of a demand terminal having no sensor can be kept within a predetermined pressure devication.

摘要： PURPOSE:To receive plural screen images at a time by inserting a screen recognition code EN into an unused part of the internal CAPTAIN(Character and Pattern Telephone Access Information Network system) standard protocol in a sent screen image on a center side at the time of screen information transmission. CONSTITUTION:A free line of a communication network is accessed by operating a keyboard 54. Then a user inputs a 9-digit screen image request code by operating keys 54 for a request for one kind of image. The request code signal is converted by a CAPTAIN terminal controller 52 into data format regarding CAPTAIN PLPS and sent out to the communication network 30. The information center 10 sends it to a screen editing processor 12 through a switch 20 and a computer retrieves a data base to select requested image information. The selected information with the EN code is inputted to the RAM in a terminal controller 52 through the network 30 and displayed on a display device 56 through an image conversion interface. The line is turned off after the information is stored in the RAM, and the user obtains a hard copy on a device 58 or stores the information on a floppy disk 60. This constitution enables the batch reception of only screen image information specified by the reception side.

A CAPTAIN image editing and processing device 12 of an information center 10 transmits the requested picture, files the image in the disk 70, the background image is first displayed on a display 66 and then, the image related to varying plural data such as area precipitation data are successively overlapped and displayed.
