    • PURPOSE:To provide a zoom key with a multi-function to obtain a zooming function and a reproducing function by inputting signals generated by a zoom key and a record temporary stop key to a microcomputer in a CAMCODER. CONSTITUTION:When the record temporary stop button 1 is depressed, a switch 3 is turned on, and when the zoom key 2 is depressed, switches 4, 5 are independently turned on. Signals from the three switches 3 to 5 are inputted to the microcomputer 6 to judge the three input states of the switches 3 to 5. The reproducing function can be obtained by pressing both the ends of the key 2 and the microcomputer 6 switches the key 1 to a reproducing/stop function and switches the key 2 to fast-feeding and rewinding. In the priority order of the switches 3 to 5 when the microcomputer judges reproduction, the switch 3 is stopped when either one of the switches 4, 5 is depressed fast and reproduction, and release are repeated in each depression of the switch. Provided that when a stopped state is continued for 5 minutes or more, the reproducing function is released.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an easy-to-observe image on a view finder without being affected by surrounding light by providing a back light emission amount control means that changes automatically the light emission amount of a back light depending on the surrounding lightness. SOLUTION: A video signal processed by a digital signal processing circuit 3 is fed to a main control circuit 4 consisting mainly of a microprocessor. The main control circuit 4 acquires information of the lightness of an object based on a mean level of a video signal and applies feedback control to an aperture 1b of a lens section 1 so as to bring the video signal to a prescribed level. The main control circuit 4 acquires the surrounding lightness based on the video signal to control the light emission amount of the back light of the view finder and uses a luminance sensor 10 to acquires luminance information of a display image on a liquid crystal display panel 7. Then the main control circuit 4 obtains proper light emission amount information of the back light based on the information sets above and controls an output voltage of an inverter 5 to change the light emission amount of a fluorescent tube 6.

CONSTITUTION:The VCO 3 uses a control pulse SCB from an input terminal 14B to apply on/off control of its oscillation in a servo control oscillation circuit 12B. The control pulse SCB consists of a pulse PB at a high level for a prescribed period including a sampling pulse SP in the vertical blanking period VBLK and a pulse PB' at a high level during each other line including a video line LB of a B-Y signal. The VCO 3 is oscillated during a high level period of the control pulse SCB and the oscillation is stopped at a low level period. The phases of reference pulses Sb at the leading point of time of the pulse PB of the control pulse SCB are set so that they are always equal at all the vertical blanking periods VBLK, the VCO 3 stops the oscillation at a low level period of the control pulse SCB at the low level period of the control pulse SCB and starts the oscillation at the leading from the low to the high level, and the phase of an output signal VR-Y is always kept constant at the oscillation start point of time.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a battery being consumed wastefully and to solve innconvenience such as turning on and off a light by synchronizing the lighting of the light with the temporary stopping operation of a VTR, and attaching time difference by setting the lighting time of the light when starting recording at early stages, and putting it off with delay after the recording is completed. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 8 is turned on and a low level is inputted to a microcomputer 5, the microcomputer 5 supplies a signal to turn on a switch 4 by the above input, and input from a temporary stopping button 9 is prohibited, and the lighting and turning off of the light 3 is performed only by operating a manual switch 1. Thence, when the switch 8 is turned off, a signal from the temporary stopping switch 9 is accepted, since the operation of the switch 4 is synchronized with that of the temporary stopping switch 9, the manual switch 1 is operated. Therefore, the lighting and turning off of the light 3 can be controlled by the temporary stopping switch 9. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the battery being consumed wastefully, and to solve the inconvenience such as to turn the light 3 on and off.
