    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an easy-to-observe image on a view finder without being affected by surrounding light by providing a back light emission amount control means that changes automatically the light emission amount of a back light depending on the surrounding lightness. SOLUTION: A video signal processed by a digital signal processing circuit 3 is fed to a main control circuit 4 consisting mainly of a microprocessor. The main control circuit 4 acquires information of the lightness of an object based on a mean level of a video signal and applies feedback control to an aperture 1b of a lens section 1 so as to bring the video signal to a prescribed level. The main control circuit 4 acquires the surrounding lightness based on the video signal to control the light emission amount of the back light of the view finder and uses a luminance sensor 10 to acquires luminance information of a display image on a liquid crystal display panel 7. Then the main control circuit 4 obtains proper light emission amount information of the back light based on the information sets above and controls an output voltage of an inverter 5 to change the light emission amount of a fluorescent tube 6.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to insert and record another information without intermission for the recorded content, by providing a means stopping tape erase at insertion recording and a switch controlling the stop of inserted recording. CONSTITUTION:An insertion recording reference signal inputted from an input terminal 1 is applied to an erase current source 4 as it is, the erase current source is stopped by it and no erase current flows to an erase head 5. The VTR is at recording mode with this reference signal. Thus, another information is overlappingly recorded on a recorded tape without erase operation. A switch 2 turns on which can be set before recording after a prescribed time or after tape run amount reaches a prescribed amount. Since the switch 2 turns off during inserted recording, a stop reference signal output is at low level. When the switch turns on and is conductive to ground, the stop reference signal output is at high level and the inserted recording stops with this instruction.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the scale of a circuit by enabling the reproduction of a color signal on NTSC basis and that on PAL basis by using two 1H delay lines. CONSTITUTION:When a color sinal of the NTSC system is inputted, the reproduced color signal input from an input terminal 1 is supplied to an adding circuit 13 directly and through a 1H delay line 3 and a switch circuit 12 which selects a signal passed through the 1H delay line 3, and the adding circuit 13 adds both the input signals to eliminate crosstalk between adjacent tracks, so that a reproduced color signal of the NTSC system appears at an output termnal 6. When a color signal of the PAL system is inputted, the reproduced color input signal is inputted to the adding circuit 13 directly and through 1H delay lines 3 and 11 and the circuit 12 which selects a signal delayed by two horizontal lines through both the delay lines this time, and the circuit 13 adds both the input signals to eliminate crosstalk between adjacent tracks, so that a reproduced color signal of the PAL system appears at the output terminal 6. Consequently, this device enables reception on those two systems by using two 1H delay lines although a 1H delay line and a 2H delay line are both necessary in a conventional device.

    • PURPOSE:To generate ID (identification) pulses of a sufficient peak value for the purpose of obtaining color signals having a normal phase at a reproducing time. CONSTITUTION:The reference signal of phase phi1 and the burst signal of phase phi2 are applied to terminals 1 and 2 of killer detecror 10 respectively, and an instantaneous current is flowed as shown in arrow A or absorbed as shown in arrow B according to their phase difference. Meanwhile, color signals are inputted to terminal 7 of killer amplifier 11; and under the state as shwon in arrow A, high frequency components and low frequency components are flowed to capacitors C1 and C2 respectively, and a faint current is flowed to diode D1 to turn on transistor Q3, and color signals are outputted from terminal 8. Under the state as shown in arrow B, Q4 is turned on, and no output is issued from terminal 8. In ID pulse generation circuit 12, Q6 is saturated, and most of the instantaneous current of detector 10 is flowed to capacitor C2 by making capacitor C2 about ten times as large as capacitor C1; and therefore, under the state as shown in arrow B, Q6 is broken, and terminal 9 becomes a high level volrage instantanously, and sufficiently large ID pulses are generated.
