    • PURPOSE:To remotely control a title inserting function by using a wireless remote controller or the like and to improve the operability of the camera with integrated VTR by providing a memory for incorporating pictographs to display titles. CONSTITUTION:A title switching signal is transmitted from a wireless remote control part 1, and the signal is received by a reception part 8 inside the main body of the camera. Only a pair of a title character and a voice stored in a ROM titler IC 9 is called from the received signal and sent to a title adder circuit 10. Video signals outputted from a camera part 11 or VTR part 12 are respectively processed at a video processing circuit 13, added with title signals at the title adder circuit 10 and outputted to a monitoring screen. When it is suddenly requested during photographing to insert the title or it is requested at a position where a photographer is away from the main body of the camera during photographing to insert the title, the desired title can be instantaneously projected by operating the title remote controller with one hand.

CONSTITUTION:In a tandem filter, 1 horizontal scanning period delaying circuit is constituted of a fixed delaying circuit 1 and a variable delaying circuit 2. By a first synchronization separating circuit 4 to separate the synchronizing signal of an input video signal, a second synchronization separating circuit 5 to separate the synchronizing signal of the 1-horizontal scanning delayed video signal, a phase detecting circuit 6 to detect the phase shift of two synchronizing signals and the output signal of the phase detecting circuit, so as to make equal the 1-horizontal scanning period of the input video signal and the delaying time of the 1-horizontal scanning period delaying circuit, the delaying time of the variable delaying circuit is controlled. In order to make always equal the 1-horizontal scanning period of the input video signal and the delaying time due to the 1-horizontal scanning period delaying circuit, the adjustment of the delaying time is simplified and the tandem characteristics are improved.
