摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a product which is lightweight and inexpensive and has high strength with simple equipment while reducing the working manhour at the time of producing a part of intricate shape such as a spiral part from an Al alloy powder. CONSTITUTION:An effective component is added to Al, the admixture is quenched and solidified to obtain the powder. The powder is compacted, and the compact is electrically heated, sintered by a plasma discharge and pressed into a high-density shaped material. Consequently, a part of intricate shape such as a spiral part which is lightweight and has high strength and toughness is efficiently and inexpensively produced from an Al-Si-based sintered alloy with a simple process.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sense a gas leakage occurring in an inner tube and to prevent the gas leakage in an outer tube, by forming a cooler of a double tube having a plurality of ridges connecting inner and outer tubes, forming a hollow part communicating with its end, evacuating in vacuum the part and arranging a pressure sensor for sensing a gas leakage. SOLUTION: In a double tube 1 of a cooler, an inner tube 5 is connected to an outer tube 7 with a plurality of ridges 9 in a radial direction. Further, only the ridge 9 of an end of the tube 1 is removed, and a hollow part 11 communicating in a circumferential direction is provided. Here, the part 11 is held in a vacuum state, and connected to a connecting pipe 15 through an end sealing plate 13. One pressure sensor 20 is arranged in the part 11 of the end of the tube 11. When a hydrocarbon(HC) refrigerant is fed through the tube 5 in a double tube structure, even when a gas leakage hole is present in the tube 5, gas is leaked to the part but does not leak to an exterior from the tube 7, and hence the HC refrigerant is not retained in a refrigerator, thereby securing its safety.

SOLUTION: An insulating material layer 15 and a sliding material layer are laminated on a movable electrode 14, while an insulating material layer 13 and a porous sinter layer 11 to slide with the sliding material layer 16 are laminated on a stationary electrode 12. The porous sinter layer 11 has open pores 11c leading from the sliding surface 11a to the other surface, and the pores 11c contain lubricating oil which can form electric double layer at the interface with the porous sinter layer 11. When an electric field is impressed between the stationary electrode 12 and movable electrode 14 positioned opposing, the lubricating oil in the pores 11c makes movement owing to the electroendosmosis in the direction decided by the ζ-potential (potential difference between inside the oil and the sliding surface).

And for the refrigerator oil 13, a refrigerator oil is used whose viscosity is 2-70cSt at 40 deg.C and 1-9cSt at 100 deg.C and main component is an ester oil of a fatty acid having at least 2 ester bonds (C-CO-) in the molecule. And the wound wire 19a for the stator 19 is made up of a core wire insulated with an enamel having glass transition temperature of 120 deg.C or higher.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent any abnormal wear in a contact part between a roller and a vane, in this rotary compressor. CONSTITUTION:A turning shaft 26 has a decentered crank part 28, rotating a roller 38 eccentrically in a cylinder 32. A vane 140 slides in a groove installed in this cylinder 32 and comes into contact with a peripheral surface of the roller 38, forming a pressure chamber there, supporsing a turning angle of the roller 38 at a time when the vane is in a position starting its reciprocation is set to zero, a turning angle of the roller is somewhere about 90 to 270 degrees and thereby pressing force of the vane 140 against the roller 38 becomes maximized. At this time, a contact surface 140b of the vane 140 in contact with the roller is formed into a small surface or flat surface being small in curvature, while such a vane material as being lower in elastic modulus than a roller material and further high in self-lubricity is used. With this constitution, a Hertzian stress in a contact part between the vane and the roller is reducible, and also any abnormal wear in a roller outer diameter is preventable.

CONSTITUTION:Refrigerant used for a closed type compressor is R134a, and as the cooling means thereof, an oil cooler 5 is equipped in a refrigerator oil 4 at the bottom part of a closed container 1. With the effect of this oil cooler 5, the discharge gas temperature and motor winding temperature are decreased by approximately 10 deg.C compared to the existing applied temperature. The degradation of the refrigerator oil 4 can be suppressed equally as in the case of the R12 refrigerant by cooling the R134a refrigerant. The extraction quantity of oligomer from the enamel wire 31 and insulating material 32 of a motor 3 can be suppressed to the present allowable extraction quantity or less by the effect of the oil cooler 5 so as to prevent the abnormal stop or the like of the compressor due to the deposition of oligomer on the sliding face.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a refrigerator wherein the moisture of a working medium is effectively removed and lower fatty acids are removed by adsorption so that the flaking of a roller bearing can be prevented by providing a specified acid adsorbent in the passage of a specified working medium or in an aliphatic synthetic lubricating oil. CONSTITUTION:In a refrigerator equipped with a refrigerating compressor using a mixture of a fluorohydrocarbon refrigerant [preferably one shown by the formula (wherein (x) is 1 to 3; (y) is 1 to 7; (z)is 1 to 7) and having a critical temperature of 40 deg.C or lower] and an aliphatic synthetic lubricating oil (e.g. a polyalkylene glycol or neopentyl polyol ester) as the working refrigerant, an acid adsorbent selected from an ion exchange resin (preferably a weakly basic anion exchange resin having an amino group as the exchange group) and an epoxy compound (e.g. phenyl glycidyl ether) is provided in the passage of the working medium or in the lubricating oil. This gives a refrigerator wherein the moisture in the medium is effectively removed and about 1-3C lower fatty acids are removed by adsorption so that the flaking of a roller bearing can be prevented.
