    • PURPOSE:To easily decrease deformation of a sub-bearing caused by welding and carry out the smooth operation of the sub-bearing as a slide bearing by forming a sub-bearing part in such a manner as to slide on both sides of a crankshaft and a sub-bearing housing, and fixing the sub-bearing housing by welding. CONSTITUTION:A compressing mechanism part 2 is disposed in the upper part of the interior of a closed case 1, and in this part, the respective laps 3a, 4a of both fixed and rotary scrolls 3, 4 are engaged with each other to form a compression chamber 5. The rotary scroll 4 is revolved through an eccentric part 6a of a crankshaft 6 by a motor 10. Both main and subsidiary bearings 8 for respectively supporting the crankshaft 6 are disposed on a frame 7 fixed to the closed case 1. In this case, the sub-bearing is a self-aligning bearing comprising a spherical bearing 9A and a sub-bearing housing 9B. An annular groove 9C is formed on the sub-bearing housing 9B in order to prevent deformation caused by welding. That is, the sib-bearing is aligned with the crankshaft 6 and fixed on a support leg 13.

    • PURPOSE:To improve assembly characteristic by improving a connection structure of a discharge tube to an exit hole of a discharge chamber formed on a secondary bearing by which a crank shaft is axially supported, in the case of a closed rotational compressor, in which a compressor structural part is formed by fitting a rolling piston followed by a vane point in the outer peripheral surface, into a cylinder. CONSTITUTION:The capacity of an inlet chamber as well as a compressor chamber in a cylinder 3 of a lateral rotary compressor is changed according to the reciprocation of a vane 6 following the eccentric rotation of a roller 7 by driving an electric motor M, and suction and compression of gas is carried out thereby, and a compressed gas passes a discharge hole 5a, and is discharged to the outside through a discharge valve chamber 15. A discharge tube 18 fixed to a case 16 is connected to a discharge chamber exit hole 10 of a silencer chamber cover 10 mounted on a secondary bearing 5, on which a silencer chamber 11 is recessed, through a tubular elastic body 19. Namely, one end of the tubular elastic body 19 is mounted on the discharge tube 18, while the other end is connected to the silencer chamber cover 10, with a discharge chamber exit hole 10a surrounded thereby. The accuracy of assembly tolerance for the discharge tube 18 as well as for an inlet tube 20 is thus eased.
