摘要： PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively measure the surface roughness of a part on the manufacturing site by measuring the surface roughness of an object to be measured on the basis of the contact resistance obtained when the contact element is applied to the object to be moved in parallel to the measuring surface thereof. CONSTITUTION:A contact element 1 is set in the square hole of an object 10 to be measured by an up-and-down shift cylinder 7 and subsequently applied to the object 10 by a shift cylinder 7. By this method, the contact element 1 is applied to the object 10 to be measured under definite pressure by a compression spring 2. Next, an origin position fixing cylinder11 is pulled back and a lateral shift base is moved in the right direction. At this time, the contact element 1 is not operated in synchronous relation to the lateral shift base because of the contact resistance with the unevenness of the measuring surface of the object 10 to be measured. A strain plate 3 is distorted by the contact resistance to distort a strain gauge 4. This strain quantity is read by a strain reader to measure surface roughness.

摘要： PURPOSE: To house an outside controller and relay circuit part in an inverter for miniaturizing, simplifying and reducing cost of them. CONSTITUTION: A complete double system is constituted of first and second leak circuit breakers ELB1, ELB2, inverters INB1, INB2, motors 5-1, 5-2 and pumps 4-1, 4-2. The inverters INV1, INV2 are connected to each other through a signal line for transmitting failure and running condition signals, and a signal line of a sensor unit is connected directly to the inverter. Thereby, sufficient weldability can be assured without an increase of a welding current and amount of heat applied can be reduced, realizing energy saving and reduction of thermal stress due to the welding. Accordingly, the mechanical processing at the internal surface of the frame after the welding can be eliminated and a low cost frame can be obtained with simplified manufacturing steps.
