摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a control device and to reduce costs by providing a water supply device for waterworks with pressure detecting means for detecting a suction side pressure and a display unit for displaying the frequency of electric power supplied to an electric motor by an inverter. SOLUTION: A display unit 13 of an inverter panel is constituted by segemented LEDs or liquid crystals, for example. A touch switch 14 sends a command of RUN/STOP. A touch switch 15 sends a command for setting operation conditions. Touch keys 16, 17 increase or decrease an address when calling a command of writing to the memory. A data key 18 inputs alphanumeric data and a key 19 confirms an operation of the command. Since a state of operation and failure is displayed by the display unit 13 of the inverter panel, a display unit is not required on a control panel. This can simplify a control device and reduce costs.

Therefore, with a combination of these switches and sensors, a damaged state of a tank T is judged from relations of capacity of a pressure tank T and preset stop time of pumps P1, P2 and the actual stop time, and this damaged state is displayed on a display part. With this constitution, trouble in a feed water supply system and trouble in its constituent parts are diagnosable, thus maintenance and inspection can be done in an easy manner.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent increase of leak even if size of clearance in a seal section is changed by providing an opening in the axial direction on the inlet side of a cylindrical section of an impeller side plate at the circumferential position and a wearing ring on the inner diameter side of the cylindrical section of the impeller side plate. CONSTITUTION:Since pressure loss occurs at the inlet of a seal section when ordinary clearance is provided in the seal section, pressure on the inner diameter side of cylindrical sections 2a, 2b of an impeller side plate becomes lower than that on the outer diameter side, and a flow which passes through openings 5a, 5b flows toward inside. This flow becomes resistance against a leak flow 8 which passes through the seal section, thereby decreasing leak flow rate. On the other hand, when clearance in the seal section is expanded due to wear, reduction of pressure from the outer diameter of the cylindrical sections 2a, 2b of the impeller side plate to the inner diameter decreases. Consequently, centrifugal force which acts on fluid in the openings becomes predominant due to the rotation of an impeller 2, and the flow which passes through the openings 5a, 5b flows toward outside. That is, a portion of the leak flow 8 becomes a bypass flow 9, thereby reducing the amount which flows toward the suction side of the impeller.

摘要： PURPOSE:To fix an impeller to a shaft simply and accurately by inserting a washer having a projecting body fitted to the grove of the impeller and a hole conforming to the cutout of the shaft into between the impeller made of a ceramic having the groove on the boss portion thereof and the shaft having the cutout. CONSTITUTION:A shaft 8 is inserted into the shaft hole 3 of an impeller 1 made of a ceramic. The projection 6 of a washer 5 is inserted into the boss groove 4 of the impeller 1. The washer 5 is further set in such a way that the cutout portion 9 of the shaft 8 conforms to the shaft hole 7 of the washer 8. The impeller 1, shaft 8, and washer 4 are fixed by means of the thread portion 10 of the shaft 8 and a nut 11. Thereby, the impeller 1 and the shaft 8 can be easily joined together via the washer 5. Also, the groove 4 provided on the boss portion 2 of the impeller 1 facilitates the operation. Since the there is no need of a press fitting operation, the cracking of the ceramic and the like can be eliminated improving reliability.

In this way, torque of a rotary shaft can be surely transmitted to the impeller, further the steel plate made impeller can be cheaply obtained.
