    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a pressing pressure in a state of holding an airtightness in an apparatus by a method wherein an eccentric sleeve is rotated by a rotating means, a vertical transfer of a pressing roll is changed by adjusting its rotary angle, and a pressing force of the pressing roll is adjusted. SOLUTION: Shafts 15, 16, bearings 17, 18 and eccentric sleeves 19, 20 are fitted to both ends of a pressing roll 11, and fixing sleeves 21, 22 fitted outside the eccentric sleeves 19, 20 are fixed to a chamber partition wall 25. When at first a down side stepping motor 30 is moved, gears 23, 24 are rotated by gears 29, 27, 28 and a driving shaft 26, the pressing roll 11, the shafts 15, 16, the bearings 17, 18 and the eccentric sleeves 19, 20 are integrally rotated, and the pressing roll 11 moves upward. At that time, the eccentric sleeves 19, 20 are rotated by 90 degree, and an outer diameter of the down side pressing roll 11 is transferred to a specimen carrying surface 32. Then, the upper side pressing roll 11 is moved in the same way, and a clearance between the upper and lower pressing rolls 11 is adjusted.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance sticking productivity by bringing a liquid crystal agent supplied onto one substrate into contact with the other substrate held on a rear surface of a pressing plate, moving either substrate, spreading the liquid crystal agent on the main surface of the substrate and sticking the substrates to each other. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal agent P is applied on plural locations on a lower substrate 1a and the liquid crystal agent on one location at this point of time is defined as P1. Then, after an upper substrate 1b descends and its rear surface just comes in contact with the liquid crystal agent P, the liquid crystal agent P2 is squashed and spread when the rear surface further descends. The lower substrate is moved form the original location at which the upper substrate just comes into contact with the liquid crystal agent P1 in an X axis + direction, in the X axis - direction and returned to the original location and moved in the Y axis + direction and then in the Y axis - direction in a state that the upper substrate 1b is in contact with the liquid crystal agent P1. The liquid crystal agent is spread so as to form a generally rectangular shape having a diameter having a length equal to a required movement distance as shown by P4-P6 by the movement of the lower substrate 1a in each X and Y axis direction to the upper substrate 1b. In such a way, the liquid crystal agent reaches every part inside of a patter of a sealing agent thoroughly and then sticking of the lower substrate 1a and the upper substrate 1b is executed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure an inclination of a train together with compensating a deviation of a measuring position by fluctuation in traveling speed of the train, by measuring an unevenness shape formed at the bottom plane of a linear motor(LIM) vehicle by a laser sensor to compute a LIM gap based on measured data of the unevenness shape. SOLUTION: A measurement is started by automatically detecting approach of a vehicle in traveling by photoelectric sensors 85, 86 placed at vehicle detecting sensors 80, 81. A gap measuring part 40 receiving the vehicle detecting signal, starts a LIM gap measuring by laser sensors 61, 62 of a gap sensor part 60. The laser sensors 61, 62 measure a distance to an unevenness plane on an unevenness part formed at the lower plane of the LIM. Measured data are received by the LIM gap measuring part 40, and measured results are edited by a measuring part processing device 41. Then, the edited data are transferred to a LIM gap operating part 20, and data of the measured results are displayed on a CRT 22 together with storing them into a database of an operating part 20.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily edit and modify broadcast contents without an error by providing a control part with a storage means which reads in management information from one external memory where management information and sound source information of broadcast contents are recorded through an interface and allowing the control part to generate a broadcasting command by the management information read in the storage means and a separately stored broadcast program. SOLUTION: The control part 10 fetches the switch signal of a forward/ backward switch 3 for the travel direction of a train, the opening/closing signal of a door opening and closing device 4, and the output signal of a pulse converter 5a for converting the output of a speed signal generator 5 into the travel distance of the train through an I/O 11. Further, management information of broadcast contents are read in from an IC memory card 2 through a reproduction part 20 and an I/O 12 and stored in a RAM 14. Consequently, a CPU 15 generates a broadcasting command. The reproduction part 20 reads in sound source information of the broadcast contents from the IC memory card 2 and uses the sound source information according to the command from the control part 10 to generate an analog voice signal through voice synthesis.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover a combustible gas efficiently and safely by a method in which a foaming gas generated in the space of an apparatus for crushing a discarded cooler is recovered by an adsorption/liquefaction apparatus, the foaming gas obtained by destroying each closed cell in a segregated foamed insulating material is separated, diluted, and sent to the adsorption/liquefaction apparatus, and a resin volume is reduced and discharged. SOLUTION: A cooler 1 to be disposed of is crushed by a biaxial shear crusher 2 and an impact crusher 4. A group 8 of crushed pieces are classified by a pneumatic classifier 10, heavy pieces of plastics 6, metals 7, and others are recovered into a tank 14, and a foamed insulating material 5 is recovered into a dust collector 13. The material 5 is supplied from the duct collector 13 to a pulverizer 18, and the pulverized resin 19 is compacted by a compressor 21 in the lower part of a tank 20 and discharged. A foaming gas generated in the crushers 2, 4 is sucked with air by an adsorption/liquefaction apparatus 24 via an adsorption apparatus introduction pipe 23. A resin 19 and the foaming gas in cells, with the contents of the tank diluted by air from a dilution apparatus 25, are supplied to the apparatus 24 through a supply pipe 26 and a blower 27 and recovered.
