摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fully realize miniaturization and cost reduction, by providing a space part of a specified width between an outlet side of an air flow direction of a radiation fin whereon an electric component which requires cooling is mounted and a fan, and by arranging an electric component which requires cooling which is different from that of the electric component. SOLUTION: Each air flow direction of a plurality of heat radiation fins 2 is made to coincide with an air flow direction by each electromotive fan 4, and they are assembled in an arrangement on a straight line, and an air chamber 6 as a space part is ensured between the fins 2 and the electromotive fan. A path of air for introducing air from an outside to a part wherein a snubber resistor 3 is arranged through the fin 2 and for discharging it to an outside by each electromotive fan 4 is formed. Since a plurality of kinds of electric parts can be effectively cooled by a common cooling electromotive fan 4, the size of an electric component can be reduced.

SOLUTION: An inverter is equipped with a main circuit 4 which includes a heat releasing device 4, a logic section 5 arranged so as to be separated from the main circuit 4, a shielding member 7 provided between the main circuit 4 and the logic section 5, and a cooling means with a coolant path where coolant is made to flow so as to cool down the main circuit 4. The main circuit 4 and the logic section 5 are provided in separate chamber respectively, and the shielding member 7 is provided so as to serve as a second coolant path which thermally isolates the main circuit 4 from the logic section 5.

The plurality of switching transformers 3, 4 having primary winding connected in series serve equivalently to a single switching transformer because a current circulates through the primary winding of each transformer at the time of flyback where the switching element 2 is turned OFF. Consequently, the capacity of switching regulator can be increased by simply providing a low capacity switching transformer additionally.

Accordingly, the regenerative braking circuit 7 starts when the DC part voltage exceeds the set value within the allowable utilization factor and that during deceleration.
