    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously braze plural pipes different in thickness and shape in multi point by picking up joining members heated by a burner and a brazing filler metal attached to these members by an image pickup means, detecting the wetting-spread of the brazing from the image, heating the members for a prescribed time and stopping the heating. SOLUTION: Three points in the deformed pipe 2 with a brazing device 100 and four points in the returned pipes 3, 4 with a brazing device 101, are brazed. Burners 9 are descended to the positions which heat brazing objects, with a vertical moving mechanism 8 which can vertically be moved to each burner and the pipes are heated by spouting oxygen-propane flame 10 from this tip part, and the burner is retracted so as not to heat the pipe at the time of ascending. The brazing filler metal is melted with this heating and wetted and spread. Since this wetting spread surface can clearly be observed by using a filter 11 transmitting a light having 600-750 mm wave length, the detection is executed with a CCD camera 12 attached with the filter 11. Thereafter, the pipe is heated for the prescribed time with a heating control means and stopped.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the defective brazing by re-starting the feed of the brazing filler metal by a control means when the brazing filler metal is insufficient for a parts to be joined. SOLUTION: An object 2 to be joined is heated by a heating device 3, and a brazing filler metal is fed between parts to be joined (pipes) 2a, 2b. The image is pined up by vision cameras 1a, 1b, and the picked-up image is stored in an image storage device 7. The position of the pipes 2a, 2b is detected by a position recognition part l based on the image. Then, a heating device 3 is turned on by a control part 6 to start the heating. When the pre-heating is completed, the feed of the brazing filler metal 5 is started from a brazing filler metal feed nozzle 4. The shape of the brazing filler metal formed on the joined parts 2a, 2b is recognized based on the image data. A brazing filler metal shortage judgment part 10 judges whether or not the brazing filler metal is in short. When it is judged that the brazing filler metal is in short, the feed of the brazing filler metal is re-started by the control means 6. The high-reliable brazing can be performed thereby.
