摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce size and save refrigerant by improving the gas/liquid separating performance of a gas and liquid separator in an air conditioner. SOLUTION: The lower part in a gas/liquid-separating chamber 4a is partitioned into a first space unit and a second space unit through a partitioning plate to position a first refrigerant pipe 20, which is connected to a first reducing device 3 in the first space unit and open the same so as to be opposed to a bottom wall, while a second refrigerant pipe 21 connected to a second reducing device 5 is positioned in the second space unit to open the same to face the bottom wall. A third refrigerant pipe 22, connected to an injection pipeline, is opened at the upper part of the gas/liquid separating chamber 4a and the bottom wall unit is formed to have the shape of a flat plate separately from the sidewall unit and is fixed to the sidewall unit substantially orthogonally to the sidewall unit.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate sealing of a gas sealing pipe, to improve serviceability when installed and to further inexpensively set the pipe by making the pipe from a resin, and retaining and sealing an outer periphery of the pipe. SOLUTION: Since a sealing pipe 4 is injection molded by a nylon or the like, a sealing work is replaced by an easy work such as an ultrasonic welding or the like. A sealed portion 4a of the pipe 4 is radially reduced as compared with a portion 4b for clamping a flare nut 5, and welded while retaining its outer periphery by an ultrasonic horn, and hence a sectional size of a sealed portion can be reduced as compared with an inner diameter 5a of the nut. When installed, the nut can be easily removed without cutting the pipe. Further, since a coupler removal preventing mechanism 4c, a flare molding portion 4d and the portion 4b can be radially reduced by injection molding by one step, the refrigerating cycle having a low-cost gas sealing pipe can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dust clogging to a strainer, facilitate distribution of a refrigerant, improve reliability and mass production, and ensure miniaturization by connecting with brazing an overlapping part of an overplate and an underplate and a forcing part of a main part and a support part to each connection part. SOLUTION: On an overplate 1 there are formed a positioning insert 1a and an in-plate flow passage 1b through press molding. On an underplate 2 there are formed a brazing material disposition part 2a, a tentative assembly plate 2b, a positioning hole 2c, and a connection part 2d through press molding. A strainer 5 comprises a rope 5a and a rope support 5b for holding the rope 5a, and they are caulked with and fixed to each other. A main pipe 3 and a support pipe 4 are press fitted into the connection part 2d after a pipe brazing material 7 is fitted and is fixed. Since there is produced a swirling motion in the vicinity of the strainer 5 in a non-stationary manner, even if the strainer 5 is clogged with any dust 11, the dust 11 is naturally removed with the produced swirling motion.
