      SOLUTION: The balustrade panels 11, 20 are positioned on the outer side of a moving handrail 7, and a tilting portion 17 ranging to a tilting member 16 is formed at a terminal end portion of the balustrade 6 provided with the tilting member 16 blocking a space between the balustrade panes 11, 20 and a handrail frame 12. A flat portion 18 positioned on an inner side of the balustrade panels 11, 20 is formed at the tilting portion 7, and a tilting portion 19 blocking a space between the flat portion 18 and the balustrade panels 11, 20 is formed.

    • PURPOSE:To make a superior combustion during a start-up period by a method wherein a desired correction value and non-correction value are supplied after start-up of the ignition operation, the correction required value is varied from an area in which the sensing of the ignition may not be made by a flame sensing means to an area in which the ignition may be sensed under the fixed non-corrected element amount to perform the combustion. CONSTITUTION:An ignition is detected by applying a flame sensing circuit 60 after a voltage Vxo is outputted and the first desired time is elapsed. Since the ignition may not be detected in general with this volume of fuel, the desired voltage is added and a new voltage Vxn is outputted. With this condition, the volume of fuel is increased, and an air ratio N becomes low. When the ignition is detected at the time t1 within a safe time, a desired voltage DELTAV is added to the voltage Vx1 at that time to produce Vx2, and makes a superior air ratio N2 in combustion. A flame current value is I2. The new voltage Vx2 is kept until the time t2 when the second desired time is elapsed. The second desired time is defined at 5sec of a half of 10sec of the start-up period of the oxygen sensor 28. Within the second desired time, if the flame is extinguished, the system performs the non-ignition operation and when the hot water temperature is reached to the set temperature, it performs the combustion termination operation.
