摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-filling replacement structure in a shield break part which has less possibility that brings collapse of natural ground or ground subsidence as comparared with conventional cases. SOLUTION: This pre-filling displacement structure in a shield outbreak part is constituted of a shield mashine 10, segment rings for a curved line, segment rings provided with shelter bags, segment rings for a straight line, a filling structure charging a viscous fluid filler 3 in a gap between the shield machine 10 and a hole 5, an injection structure for injecting a backfill material 4 in a gap between the segment for a curved line and the hole 5, and a control structure controlling the filling structure. In the outbreak part 5a, after the filler 3 has been filled in a pressurized condition in the injection hole 11c positioned immediately after the excavating structure has been operated and the injection hole of the segment ring 21x for a curved line, it is replaced with the backfill material 4 in between the segment rings 22x, 22y provided with shelter bags. Therefore, collapse of natural ground and ground subsidence become hard to arise even in the outbreak part as compared with conventional cases and hence, ground deformation is also hard to arise.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for an underground cave which has less possibility that brings collape of natural ground or ground subsidence as compared with conventional cases and a shield machine and a pre-filling displacement method in shield outbreak part therefor. SOLUTION: This pre-filling displacement structure in shield outbreak part is constituted of a shield machine 10, segment rings for a curved line, segment rings provided with shelter bags, segment rings for a straight line, a filling structure charging a viscous fluid filler 3 in a gap between the shield machine 10 and a hole 5, an injection structure for injecting a backfill material 4 in a gap between the segment for a curved line and the hole 5, and a control structure controlling the filling structure. 摘要： PURPOSE:To survey the position of a digging tip part and a current digging direction by operating a driving source with a voltage difference generated owing to a difference in the photodetection area of projected laser light and using such a displacement gage that the laser light travels in the center of a passage hole at all times. CONSTITUTION:A target automatic tracking laser type transit is provided in a pit at a position whose coordinates are already known. Then when the laser light 12 is passed through the passage hole 14, upper and lower, and right and left facing photoelectric converting bodies 13 generate the output voltage difference according to an irregularity, etc., and a corresponding driving source 16 is operated to move a board 11; and a laser light incidence angle measuring instrument 10 which is so constituted that the laser light 12 travels in the center of the passage hole 14 surveys the positions and directions of a laser light reflection body and a tunnel drilling machine to which this device 10 is fitted. Respective measured values are sent to a control circuit through a signal line and processed to display the result on a display part or control the operation of a tunnel drilling part.

摘要： PURPOSE:To add up and joint slurry feed and discharge pipelines in automatic mode. CONSTITUTION:A joint FJ on a cutting face side is removed while the Joint FJ and a front-side pipe FP is held with a chassis 1. The chassis 1 is moved forward where a new pipe joint adding up clearance is installed. A new pipe NP is brought into the clearance. Then, a new pipe joint is installed between the newly installed pipe line and the tip of the pipe on the rear side of the joint FJ on the cutting face side. The pipe NP on the front side of the joint FJ on the cutting face side is adapted to slide backward, thereby joining the pipe on the front side of the joint FJ on the cutting face side with the newly installed pipe NP and the pipe on the rear side of the joint on the cutting face side respectively. At the same time, the joint on the cutting face side and a new joint are inserted into either the pipe on the front side of the joints on the cutting face side or the newly installed pipe and the pipe on the rear side of the joint on the cutting face side. The joint on the cutting face side and a new joint are adapted to slide to a pipe joint position and then clamped.

Thereafter, the newly set pipe is taken in by a carry-in carriage by a crane 10 provided on a ceiling portion of a car body 1, and the newly set pipe NP is placed on a group of receiving rollers 2, 2, 2... existing on the missing part the sludge delivery pipe P. Thereafter, a new rear side coupler BJ is positioned in a clearance between the newly set pipe NP and the divided rear side sludge delivery pipe part BP by a rear side coupler connection device 50. 摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a true-bearing measuring apparatus by which the true north can be detected at high speed and with high accuracy. SOLUTION: Angular velocity sensors 10x, 10y, for north detection, which detect the rotation angular velocity of the earth are attached to a freely rotatable table 5. The table 5 is turned back and forth with reference to the origin (a positional relationship which becomes parallel to a measuring reference face) while the origin is used as a starting point. The rotation angular velocity which is detected in this manner is held at every measuring angle. On the basis of every rotation angular velocity and on the basis of the number of times of rotations, the drift component of the angular velocity sensors 10x, 10y is removed. On the basis of the rotation angular velocity whose drift component is removed, an angular velocity component in the direction of the origin and an angular velocity component in a direction at right angles to the origin are extracted. The ratio of the respective extracted angular velocity components is geometrically computed. Thereby, an angle at which the measuring reference face and the vertical measuring axis are turned with reference to the true north is computed.

Further, a sucker ring 13 is arranged in the outer peripheral part of the opening part 12. Further, a water jet 32 which is communicated with the front end of a water supply pipe which is air-tightly inserted into the body from the other side surface of the body part and which is not shown is disposed in the vacuum chamber 11, and which is adapted to jet high pressure water toward the wall surface. That is, a water jet nozzle 32 is stored in the inside of the sucker ring 13.
