    • PURPOSE: To achieve efficiency of peeling work by peeling a concrete surface by use of a high pressure water spray nozzle placed on a movable device, and recovering residue and drain generated by peeling by a suction device. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a drive unit 1 on which a high pressure water generating unit 11 to generate high pressure water for peeling work and a vacuum unit 12 to suck peeling residue and drain generated by peeling work are mounted. It is also provided with a work unit 2 comprising a nozzle part 22 having a nozzle to spray high pressure water for peeling a work surface, a washing water spray port, and a suction part, and installed to be capable of reciprocating along a slide guide part 21. It is also provided with a recovering unit 3 having a tank 31 to recover residue and drain generated by peeling. These are moved on a concrete surface for spraying high pressure water from the nozzle part 22 to conduct peeling work while recovering generated residue and drain into the tank 31. Construction time can thus be largely reduced.

    • PURPOSE: To recover high concentrations of sludge as well as to make the scale of a dehydrator small in size by using a system in which a capsule whose lower part is opened is buried in sludge layer, and sludge alone is recovered by a recovery means while sending air into the capsule.
      CONSTITUTION: A capsule 1 whose lower part is opened is buried in a given sludge layers, the air-vent valve 4 of the capsule 1 is closed, air is sent into the capsule 1 from a ship, and while collecting sludge in the capusle 1 in the central portion by means of a raking plate 8, the sludge along is discharged through a hose onto the ship. After the recovery of sludge, the capsule 1 is once pulled up to water from the sludge layer S and moved to the next dredging position, the valve 4 is opened to vent air in the capsule 1, the capsule 1 is brought down to the sludge layer S, the valve 4 is closed, and the same operations are repeated.
