摘要： PURPOSE:To miniaturize a wall surface peel-off device and to enhance the efficiencies of water injection and retrieval of a layer to be peeled off by arranging a vacuum chamber on one side surface of a robot body facing a wall surface, by arranging a sucker ring at the outer peripheral part of an opening, and by storing a water jet nozzle in the vacuum chamber. CONSTITUTION:A robot 1 is suspended by a pair of automatic tension winches which are not shown, and is self-traveled on a wall surface by means of a plurality of wheels 22 each incorporating a drive source. In this case, a vacuum chamber 11 having an opening 12 is arranged on one side surface l0a of the body part of the robot 1 facing the wall surface. Further, a sucker ring 13 is arranged in the outer peripheral part of the opening part 12. Further, a water jet 32 which is communicated with the front end of a water supply pipe which is air-tightly inserted into the body from the other side surface of the body part and which is not shown is disposed in the vacuum chamber 11, and which is adapted to jet high pressure water toward the wall surface. That is, a water jet nozzle 32 is stored in the inside of the sucker ring 13.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly shorten an allowance for hoisting and to safely perform the lifting work even at a narrow work site of a low ceiling by providing a pair of U-shaped cargo taking arms which scoop a workpiece in such a manner that they can be opened and closed. SOLUTION: A glove 1 is lowered in a condition of holding a cargo taking arm 10 at a previous turn position by an electric cylinder 30 and its position is aligned to an adequate height for a segment W. Next, the cargo taking arm 10 is closed by the electric cylinder 30. Then, an end part of the segment W is received into an opening part 10a of the cargo taking arm 10, and a horizontal bar 12 at a lower end of the cargo taking arm 10 is inserted into a lower side of the segment W to scoop the segment W up. Consequently, by winding up a lifting machine in this condition, the segment W is hoisted up and conveyed in this condition.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lift up forms smoothly by allowing the forms to lift up to a next concrete placement block along the wall surface of a prefabricated concrete skeleton with a lifting device installed between forms on both sides. CONSTITUTION:A lift device 4, which lifts up both sided forms 1 and 2, which are installed adjacently to each other, comprises an outer casing 4a and an inner casing 4b, which are connected to the form 1 and a drive motor 4f. Then, the both sided forms 1 and 2 are fixed with the upper end of a prefabricated concrete skeleton 3 with anchor bolts 12 where concrete is cast to the skeleton 3. Then, a stripping device 6 is operated so as to separate the forms 1 and 2 and reaction force receiving posts 5a and 5b from the skeleton 3 while the lifting device 4 is operated so as to lift up the forms 1 and 2 to a next concrete block. It is, therefore, to lift up the forms efficiently.

摘要： PURPOSE:To lift up forms smoothly by installing a form on both sides on the upper end of a prefabricated skeleton, and providing a lifting device and a formstripping device, and a jack to operate both devices between the forms on both sides. CONSTITUTION:Left and sight-sided forms 1 and 2 are set on the upper end of a prefabricated concrete skeleton 3 and alighted by a setting adjusting device 7 and fixed with anchor bolts 12. Then, concrete is cast on the prefabricated concrete skeleton 3. After the concrete is cured, the anchor bolts 12 are removed, which are designed to fix the forms 1 and 2 and reaction force receiving posts 5a and 5b, thereby releasing the forms 1 and 2. Then, a form-stripping device 6 is operated so as to strip the forms 1 and 2 while a lifting device 4 is operated so as to lift up the forms 1 and 2 up to a subsequent concrete block. It is, therefore, possible to lift up the forms efficiently.

And as the bracket transporting mechanism, it is preferable to employ a manipulator which has a holder at the tip of a rotatable arm and can be moved in the width direction of the tunnel. It is desirable to provide a falling-preventing mechanism to receive a floor panel 2 when the panel falls from the transportation mechanism.

High pressure water passes through the rotary pipe from a connection pipe 14 to be supplied to each jet nozzle 19 through a coupling 18 and is injected from each nozzle part 20 to be obliquely sprayed to the bonded substance on the inner surface 2a of the piping from above to remove the same. In this state, the winch is driven to allow the frame of the apparatus to fall.
