      SOLUTION: A cellular phone includes the elastic gasket 40; a front case 30 and a rear case 10 assembled with the gasket sandwiched therebetween; and a display unit 20 housed in the front case 30 and rear case 10. The gasket 40 includes a top portion 45, side portions 41, 42 located on the mutually different sides through the top portion 45, and a bonding portion 48 bonded to one side of the rear case 10. In a state where the front case 30 is disjoined to the rear case 10, the side portions 41, 42 have different inclination angles to an imaginary line perpendicular to the assembling direction of the front case 30 and rear case 10.
