    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment apparatus capable of easily replacing an adsorbent.
      SOLUTION: The wastewater treatment apparatus is equipped with a tank to which wastewater is supplied and a container which houses the adsorbent. The container is arranged in the tank and the wall of the container has a flow hole which enables the flow of wastewater between the inside and outside of the container. In the case where it is necessary to replace the adsorbent because of the deterioration of the adsorbent in this wastewater treatment apparatus, the container which houses the deteriorated adsorbent can be replaced with the container which houses the new adsorbent. By this constitution, the adsorbent can be easily replaced along with the container in the wastewater treatment apparatus.
