      SOLUTION: The housing 1 of the HUD functions as a duct of a main defroster and a duct of a side defroster. Namely, the hoising 1 of the HUD is provided with an inlet 13a and an outlet 14a for the side defroster connected to the duct 21 of the side defroster. Air flowing in the duct 21 of the side defroster is made to pass though a space on a front surface side of a magnifier 4 in the housing 1. The housing 1 is further provided with an inlet 13b and an outlet 11a for the main defroster connected to the duct 22 of the main defroster. Air flowing in the duct 22 of the main defroster is made to pass through a space on a back surface side of the magnifier 4 in the housing 1.
