    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a heat exchanger capable of reducing transmission of vibration to outside with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: Two fixing portions 30 for fixing an evaporator 10 to an air conditioning case are provided on a surface surrounded by a first side 31 and a third side 33. The fixing portions 30 are provided at positions excluding four corners of a heat exchange surface 11a and excluding a position corresponding to a belly part in a natural vibration mode of the evaporator 10. The positions excluding the four corners and the belly part are less vibrating positions. In other words, the belly part is a most vibrating position and the four corners are also positions frequently vibrating. Since the fixing portions 30 are provided at the positions while avoiding the positions to which vibration tend to occur, the less vibrating portions are fixed to the air conditioning case. Therefore, vibration of the evaporator 10 is less transmittable to the air conditioner case from the fixing portions 30.
