      CONSTITUTION: A playback tracking error voltage is compared with a reference voltage by a comparator 26; and the on-track signal passed through the differentiating circuit composed of a capacitor C1 and a resistance R5 is supplied to a clock terminal and a position of a tape as the recording medium on the basis of a signal which is sent from a terminal 22 by the monostable multivibrator composed of a D type FF32, monostable multivibrator, and D type FF33 ad synchronized with the rotation of the head is supplied to a reset terminal, so that a D type FF25 generates a necessary gate pulse. An AND gate 36 applied with a high-level still picture specifying signal is opened during the gate pulse period to output driving-7 pulse from a D type FF34 successively. Then, the tape is moved, bit by bit, and stopped at a position for still-picture reproduction without providing any tracks for control signals.

    • PURPOSE:To sample a data stably with simple circuit constitution by resetting a frequency divider frequency-dividing an output of a control oscillator by a reproduced horizontal synchronizing signal just after a timing pulse obtained relating to the rotation of a recording medium. CONSTITUTION:A reproduced horizontal synchronizing signal fH is introduced as one input of a phase detector 10, and an output of the detector 10 is a control signal of a voltage controlled oscillator 13 through an amplifier 12 from an LPF 11. The output of the oscillator 13 is fed to a 1/n frequency divider 14 to frequency-divide the output of the oscillator 13 in the same period as the fH. On the other hand, an FF circuit 21 is reset by the signal fH incoming just after it is set by the PG pulse and the frequency divider 14 is reset by the pulse. Thus, even when one horizontal synchronizing signal is missing at recording, the oscillator 13 is not malfunctioned, and a 1/2H scew compensation circuit is not required, the circuit constitution is simplified and the data is sampled surely.

CONSTITUTION:A light from an object to be photographed, which passes through lens groups 1-3 is made incident on a CCD, its output is processed by a signal processing circuit 7, and a color difference signal and a luminance signal are generated. The luminance signal is inputted to an automatic focus detecting circuit 13 through a range finding gate 12 whose range finding visual field is varied in accordance with a position of the object to be photographed, a generated focusing signal is inputted to an AF motor driving device 15, and focusing is executed by driving the lens group 1 by an AF motor M1. On the other hand, the color difference signal is converted to a moving extent of the object to be photographed through a tracking gate 8 and a photographed object movement detecting circuit 9 and inputted to a microprocessor (MP)16. A threshold area and the moving extent which is inputted to the MP16 from a threshold area setting circuit 17 are compared, and when the tracking object to be photographed gets out of the threshold area, a control signal (b) is sent to a device 15 and it is stopped.

When the tracking field reaches the end part of a limit area by moving the subject as shown on TFf in Fig. f, the focal distance of a zoom lens is adjusted so as to be shorter, i.e. its picture angle is expanded up to a wide end, and the subject is regarded as if it is fixed on the position as shown in Fig. g, so that the tracking range is expanded effectively.

    • PURPOSE: To attain the line synchronization of a line sequential signal without an error by specifying a phase inversion timing of a line synchronization control signal.
      CONSTITUTION: An output of a retriggarable monostable multivibrator 29 is also supplied to a control circuit 35. The output of the vibrator 29 is detected by the control circuit 35, the number of falling times, that is, the number of discontinuous points, is counted. When the number (n) is not "1", the judgement is made that the pure discontinuous point does not exists. Under this judgement, a discontinuous point will not be detected anymore, and the phase inversion is made at a pulse (c). If the number (n) is "1", the point is judged to be a discontinuous point, and afterwards the phase inversion of a switching control signal is controlled according to said point. Since the phase of the line synchronization control signal can be securely inverted at the phase discontinuous point of the line sequential signal, the line sequential signal can be line-synchronized without an error.

Phase control of a synchronization control signal (g) utilizes output of the counter 25 only for the first several fields, and thereafter, as the signal (c) and a timing signal obtained from the signal (c) are used, correct synchronization of line even to successive signal of line whose S/N is low is made possible.

Then, when the circuit decides that the position of the tracking visual field, therefore, the position of the tracked subject on the image plane goes out of the limit area BA, the tracking visual field is returned to an initial position, e.g. position corresponding to the center part of the photographic image plane.
