    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install equipment and the like in a duct with an allowance by largely increasing the size of a lower part space in the duct. SOLUTION: In an engine room 22, an engine 23, a heat exchanger 25 and a cooling fan 24 are provided so that the heat exchanger 25 may be located on the most upstream side of an air flow, and external air is sucked into the engine room 22 by the rotation of the cooling fan 24 to pass the air through the heat exchanger 25. An intake chamber 26 and the duct 28 are provided on an intake side of the engine room 22 and on a front surface side of the heat exchanger 25, respectively, and an intake port 27 is provided on the upper surface of the intake chamber 26. On the premise of this constitution, a duct front part 33 is inclined downward toward the opposite side of the heat exchanger 25, the inclined surface is formed to be stepwise, and opening parts 34, 34 for intake and filters 35, 35 for dust prevention are provided on a surface of each step opposed to the air flow.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise from a drum of a tire testing device that is a serious problem especially when performing a noise test of a tire. SOLUTION: The drum 1 includes a shaft part 18, a drum body 20 mounted on the shaft 18, partition plates 30 arranged inside of the drum body 20, and a foam material 40 filling inside of the drum body 20. An internal space S is formed in the drum body 20 by being surrounded by an outer circumference plate 21 and 2 side plates 22. A plurality of the partition plates 30 are disposed to partition the internal space S into a plurality of subspaces and to contact the side plate 22. The foam material 40 fills the partitioned internal space S. Since the partitioned internal space S is filled with the foam material 40, a dumping effect and a sound absorbing effect of the foam material 40 can be obtained, and also the partition plates 30 can be finely installed. When the partition plates 30 are finely installed, the sound radiation can be controlled more by increasing the strength of the side plate 22, and more of the sound absorbing effect of the foam material 40 can be brought out by the internal space S being finely partitioned.
