Said brake member 7 is fixed onto the outer peripheral side of an annular member 8, and an annular piston member 9 is integrally formed concentrically at the position opposed to the brake member 7 through the annular member 8. A wheel cylinder 12 is formed from the piston member 9 and the annular sealing members 11a and 11b fitted between the piston member 9 and a hub 10.

The molten metal which is continuously injected from an injection nozzle 2 for molten metal toward the body 1 contacts with the surface of the body 1 and is quickly cooled and solidified. The body 1 in this stage is heated by contacting with the molten metal but the body is air- cooled by the gas flowing in the passages so as to be prevented from heating up to high temp., whereby the quick cooling effect of the molten metal is improved.
