    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of preparing a wrapped structure having a smooth surface from a rodlike food material in order to produce a food such as a bun with a bean-jam filling or a rice dumpling covered with the bean jam without causing the seizure even by using a dust by specifying the shape of a polyhedron for spherically wrapping and cutting a material. SOLUTION: The intermediate part of each polyhedron 10 for spherically wrapping and cutting a continuous rodlike food material wrapping an enclosed material such as a bean jam on the inside of an outer covering material into a rodlike shape in the thickness direction is made to precedently penetrate from the upper and lower surfaces of the polyhedron 10 into the side of the rodlike material and fluidize the outer covering material of the rodlike material in the upward and downward directions. The enclosed material is separated to the upper and lower sides and the outer covering material is joined at a separating position for the enclosed material. The polyhedron 10 is rotated at each fulcral position B arranged at a regular interval on the circumference as a fulcral supporting shaft. Dust sticking to each blade part 17 is wiped with the tip parts 18 of the adjacent polyhedrons 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a piece of bread capable of saving a fermentation process after dividing dough and a final prover process thereafter by preparing dough by kneading a dough raw material, making the dough sufficiently fermented one and supplying the resultant dough into at least a pair of opposed nipping devices. SOLUTION: A kneaded dough D1 is prepared by a well-known kneader M in a usual combination of a dough raw material of bread. Next, the kneaded dough D1 is stored and held in a prescribed hot insulation environment of a storing part in a dough box to obtain a fermented dough containing a sufficient amount of air foams. The resultant fermented dough is subjected to periodical repetition of widening and narrowing of a nipping gap in a nipping device and extruded from the device to form a belt-like dough suppressing increase of internal stress of the dough and having elasticity caused from a gel texture without destructing. Then, the belt-like dough is further shaped to form a dough piece and immediately baked without performing a final fermentation to obtain the objective bread.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To line up articles in one side direction in order by each carried article group without knocking them against a lining-up shutter and the like. SOLUTION: When carried articles W are located in downstream lining-up conveyors 17a, 17b and 17c, and when the other carried articles W are located in the delivery sides of upstream lining-up conveyors 15a, 15b and 15c, actuation for conveyance by each upstream lining-up conveyor 15a, 15b and 15c is suspended respectively. Besides, when the carried articles W are delivered out of the delivery sides of the downstream lining-up conveyors 17a, 17b and 17c, the upstream lining-up conveyors 15a, 15b and 15c shall be driven again respectively. And furthermore, when the carried articles W are located at the delivery sides of the respective downstream lining-up conveyors 17a, 17b, and 17c, actuation for conveyance by each downstream lining-up conveyor 17a, 17b and 17c is suspended respectively, and the entire downstream lining-up conveyors 17a, 17b and 17c shall be synchronized with one another under a specified delivery condition, so that they are thereby driven again so as to be carried.
