The polyhedron 10 is rotated at each fulcral position B arranged at a regular interval on the circumference as a fulcral supporting shaft. 摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to pack even a soft fibrous structure such as strawberry into another ingredient approximately in the original state, by advancing a piston and pushing an ingredient in a cylinder in the interior of a bun, etc., when the opening of the cylinder is closed. CONSTITUTION:An agitator having a pushing plate to go in and out from the circumference of a revolving roller is set in the direction of the generator of the roller opposingly to the wall face of a hopper or another agitator at a fixed interval and a channel is set in the gap of the interval. A cylinder having a long opening with the same length as that of the pushing plate of the agitator at the side is laid and the cylinder is equipped with a piston. The cylinder is rotated. When the opening is closed with the channel, the piston is advanced and an ingredient in the cylinder is pushed in the inside of a bun in the axis direction of the cylinder. The titled device has the above-mentioned structure. By the device, since the inner diameter of the cylinder and that of an injecting needle have approximately the same dimension, neither vortex nor clogging occurs during extrusion of the ingredient. Therefore even a soft ingredient can be packed into a bun without damaging chewiness and deforming.
