The inlet 41 of each vane pump 29 is composed by installing a food guide surface 41G in the direction in contact with a circular arc locus of the maximum diameter described by vanes 49.

In addition, at least one selected from the hopper 3, the cutter unit 7, the conveying conveyer 13 and the weighing conveyer 15 is made detachable.

SOLUTION: This device for the fixed quantity division and discharge of a bread dough is obtained by disposing cutter devices 3 each comprising three or more blades 32 on a pair of mutually faced rotation shafts 31 disposed at the lower opening position of a hopper 1. The cutter devices are synchronously and inward rotated. The tip portions of the blades 32 of each cutter device are inclined to the radial direction of the rotation shaft 31 to direct in the rotation direction. The three or more blades 32 have three or more sites where the base end portion of the first blade is brought into contact with the adjacent second blade at each site, and the rotation shaft 31 is surrounded by the blades. The rotation shafts 31 are synchronously inward rotated to bring the tips 33 of the blades into contact with each other, thereby forming the bottom surface of the hopper 1. Therein, a dent 34 is formed at the mutual contact position of the blade tip portions 33.
