    • PURPOSE:To lead out an interpolation output which is small in variation in amplitude and has a small shift in phase angle by generating a proper number of fixed interpolation outputs arranged between the phase differences of couples of reception outputs at intervals of a properly selected phase angle. CONSTITUTION:A transmitter receiver 1 consists of vibrators 10-16 which are arrayed circularly and a specific number of vibrators are selected with an electronic switch 2. Respective signal generating circuits 61-65 of a signal generation part 6 receive reception outputs of couples of reception outputs from adjacent vibrators and arranged between the phase differences of the couples of outputs a intervals of the properly selected phase angle to generate a proper number of fixed interpolation outputs which are equal in amplitude to the reception outputs and then generate and output a time series output. Interpolating circuits 71-75 of an interpolation part 7 increase or decrease the time series outputs of the circuits 61-65 by attenuation at proper time intervals to put the outputs of the couples after the attenuation and output the composite output. Phase shifting circuits 81 and 82 of a phase shifting part 8 shift the phases of the outputs of the circuits 71-75 properly to the same phase and output the resultant outputs. A composing circuit 9 puts the outputs of the phase shifting part 8 together to generate and output a received beam output which is interpolated to rotate.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately detect the center of rotation of an IC chip by storing a visual field pattern recognized at the initial time of detection of rotating center, comparing it with the visual field pattern at the second and later times of the detection of the center, and moving to search a recognition camera and the chip until a pad is collected as a mark in the visual field. CONSTITUTION:A recognition device 18 outputs a coordinates signal 1 of a visual field center 34 collected by a recognition camera 17 and a visual field pattern signal 2. A pad center position calculator 23 receives the signals 1, 2 of the center 34, counts small divisions of the signal 2 longitudinally and laterally from the center 34 to the center 35 of the pad, and obtains the coordinates of the center 35 of the initial detection pad. Then, a rotary table 14 is rotated, an IC chip is rotated at 180 in a pad placing surface, a center position calculator 24 calculates the coordinates of the center of rotation of the chip, a comparator 26 compares the initial visual field pattern from a memory 25 with the visual field pattern collected at present, and an XY table controller 29 moves a X table or a Y table until the detection pad of second or later is collected in the field.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce vibration loss and permit the removal of very small particles, by providing a washing apparatus having quartz glass wall, capable of generating drive oscillation signal having the frequency of not less than 300kHz and having a vibrator-mounted bottom plate whose thickness is an integer multiple of one-half the wave length. CONSTITUTION:A vibrator 3 for generating ultrasonic waves upon receiving a drive oscillation signal from an ultrasonic generator 7 is attached with an adhesive agent to the outside of a bottom plate 2 of a quartz glass water tank 1. The frequency of this drive oscillation signal is not less than 300kHz and the thickness of the bottom plate 2 is an integer multiple of approximately one-half the length of the ultrasonic waves transmitted through the quartz glass. Furthermore, a sealed gas chamber 4, provided under the bottom plate 2, is adapted for supply of an inert gas such as N2 gas from nozzles 5 into the water tank in order to prevent an abnormal temperature rise and active gas intrusion. Also, the water tank 1 is accommodated in a plastic or metal outer tank 6 for protection against breakage and water leakage.

    • PURPOSE:To bond an outer lead immediately after a substrate is conveyed, and to shorten a cycle time by installing a semiconductor-chip sticking stage in the carrying path of the substrate on the stream side upper than a bonding stage and setting up a semiconductor-chip sticking device at the position of the substrate in the sticking stage. CONSTITUTION:A semiconductor-chip sticking stage 36 is mounted in the carrying path of a substrate on the stream side upper than a bonding stage 37. A semiconductor-chip sticking device 18 sticking a semiconductor chip 2 is fitted at the specified position of the substrate in the stage 36. The substrate 1, at the predetermined position of which the chip 2 is pasted previously, is conveyed to the stage 37. Since the chip 2 is stuck to the substrate 1, positional displacement to the substrate 2 is not generated by carrying. Consequently, an outer lead is bonded by an outer lead bonder immediately after the substrate is conveyed. Accordingly, a bonding cycle time is shortened.

    • PURPOSE:To go without a sticking plate and to conduct a pick-up of a chip near an expanding ring, by equipping a sticking sheet weight on the chucking side of semiconductor chip for avoiding the upheaval of a sticking sheet. CONSTITUTION:A head for picking up a chip is provided with a chucking collet 1 which has a vacuum exhaust hole 1a having an opening portion against the chucking side of a semiconductor chip. The chucking collet 1 is moved toward the chucking side of the semiconductor chip by an equipment for pushing out the chucking collet, until the opening portion of the vacuum exhaust hole 1a is shut up by the chucking side of the semiconductor chip for the chucking collet 1 to stick to a chip. On the other hand, while a plunge-up pin 12 is plunging up the chip, a sticking sheet weight 7 avoids the upheaval of a sticking sheet 10 around the chip which is being picked up from the chip chucking side of the sticking sheet 10. Therefore, a semiconductor chip which has been sticking to the sticking sheet 10 is peeled off from the sticking sheet 10. By this method, there is no need of a chucking plate and chips arranged near an expanding ring can also be picked up.

    • PURPOSE:To detect a distant target in a state wherein the reception of an unnecessary reflected wave is small by receiving a reflected acoustic wave from a short-distance target with wide beam and a wave from a farther target with narrower beam width. CONSTITUTION:Received signal outputs of vibrators 1-1-1-N are sent to and amplified by preamplifiers 2-1-2-N to necessary levels and then applied to mixing circuits 3-1-3-N. Mixed signals frho1-frhoN which are equal in frequency and have individual initial phases are applied to the circuits 3-1-3-N from a phase controller 6. Each mixing circuit output contains signals of the sum and difference frequencies between the frequency of a received signal and the frequency of a mixed frequency, so only one of them is extracted. The phase of the output signal of the mixed signal, on the other hand, is shifted by the initial phase of the mixed signal. For the purpose, the controller 6 sets the initial phases of the signals frho1-frhoN optionally to shift the phases of the received signals by optional phase shift quantities, and those phase-shifted received signals are summed up by an adding circuit 4 and passes through a band-pass filter to extract a difference frequency signal.

    • PURPOSE:To detect a target within a wide angle range as well as a distant target by shifting the phases of exciting signals supplied to vibrators of a transmitter receiver individually by receiving a phase control signal. CONSTITUTION:Respective ROMs 1 store two values corresponding to a wide and a narrow beam width and addresses are given to said ROMs; and values corresponding to the wide or narrow beam width are selected at a time with respect to all the ROMs with a signal from an address part 5. Then preset values are loaded in respective presettable counters 2 with a load signal from a load signal generating circuit 7. The respective counters 2 begin to count in the preset states and output rectangular waves of frequency which is 1/256 time a basic clock frequency and advanced in phase by phase quantities corresponding to the preset values to respective transmitting amplifiers 3. Here, they are amplified to a prescribed transmission level and then sent out to vibrators 4-1-4-N of the transmitter receiver 4. Further, the address part 5 and circuit 7 are controlled with a signal from a control circuit 8.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform both automatic depth measurement and automatic chart drawing, by shifting addresses so that the sent/received wave signals of each wave sending and receiving system and the synthesized wave thereof are not overlapped on recording paper, writing the signals in a recording circuit, reading the signals in synchronization with the running of a recording pen, and applying the signal to the recording pen. CONSTITUTION:Simultaneously detected transmitted waves S1-S4 and simultaneously detected received reflected waves R1-R4 through wave sending and receiving devices SR1-SR4 and transceivers 71-74 and a synthesized wave SP of the simultaneously transmitted waves S1-S4 and a synthesized wave RP of the received reflected waves R1-R4 through a signal synthesizing circuit 15 are applied to a recording circuit 15' through an AD conversion circuits 14. At this time, e.g., the individual moving amounts in each wave sending and receiving system are stored in addresses corresponding to t1, t2-t4 based on the writing addresses from an address generating circuit 16. Signals are read out based on the reading address signals from the circuit 16 and applied to a recording pens through an AD converter 17. The signals are recorded on the recording paper. When the outputs of the transceivers are applied to a digital depth display and an automatic chart drawing device, the depth, whose range is not determined by the individual sent/received waves but determined with the sweeping speed of the recording pens, can be displayed and recorded.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily control working conditions or to weld even low melting materials or materials, the melting points of which are different from each other, without causing carbonization, discoloration and efflux of material by a method wherein ultrasonic welding is done under the state that plastic materials to be welded together are immersed in water. CONSTITUTION:Water 3 is put in a container 2 on a stand 1 and plastic materials 4 and 5 to be welded are put one upon the other and immersed in the water 3. After that, ultrasonic welding is done by pressing the plastic materials 4 and 5 with the tip of the horn 7 of an ultrasonic vibrator 6 so as to abut the tip against the materials. By doing ultrasonic welding in water, the range of working conditions for welding becomes wider, resulting in facilitating the control of the conditions. In addition, the welding of materials, even when they have low melting point or different melting points from each other, can be done without causing carbonization, discoloration and efflux of material.
